I wouldn't do business with these individuals my mother purchased phone for me and herself the men didn't even know what they was talking about they had my mom swipe her bank card took $175.74 out her account and tried to say that chase bank is holding the money that's why I stay in pending I thought of them being honest calling a supervisor saying there was something wrong with their equipment they kept lying saying the money didn't come out of her account but after we talked to Chase and Chase left the store people know that they didn't know what they was talking about they still refuse to give me my phone so I had to stand in the store until my bank blocked this cricket store because this is a privately owned cricket this is why people don't deal with people like them but do not go to the store

My mom just paid for a new phone and they tried to say her money didnt come out of her account she had to file a claim with her bank

First off, the site was locked and unattended with a sign on the door indicating a half an hour return time.
I was attempting to pay a monthly cellular bill with multiple cards. The associate did not know how process this payment letting me know he hadn't the training. He also informed me my split payment options were only half cash half card. Otherwise, the system wouldn't accept payment. I suggested three separate transactions. His response, "he wasn't trained to know how to do that and the system wouldn't accept my payments. I should have paid my bill online instead coming to his store."
This associate didn't know how to or want to accept my money because he claimed he hasn't been trained and that the Cricket processing system works not accept my money either because of multiple payments on the same account.
