This was only good whenever my friends Kayla and my other friends Zebulon and allyssa and Calvin and Courtney and bob and Trish worked at this particular cricket wireless store this sucks now because the new workers are very unfamiliar how to reset a voicemail passwords and since they couldn’t get me access number and stuff it’s basically becoming a nightmare to get someone to answer from611. Just get my account number and my pin the way was a lot easier than then using this stupid 611program which by the way is garbage

Tyla was amazing! She had outstanding customer service, knowledgeable and could handle a full store of customers on her own, helping multiple people at once. She got me an amazing deal by switching from Verizon to cricket. She went above and beyond to help get our new lines and phones situated. She needs to be manager. She was great

We transferred from T-Mobile to Cricket. The sales associates were professional, courteous and helpful. It was as good as transferring a service can be.

I am from mountain home Arkansas I had a problem and couldn't get customer service on the phone to understand what I was saying I went into the store About 5:,00 pm on Thursday 2/10/22 the gentleman that was working listened went to work on my problem and fixed excaltly how I needed it. I wanted to trade in my phone, they don't have that option. I wanted a dumb phone plan for my dad, and they didn't have that either. Why pay $30/ month if he doesn't use internet? It is not the same service that I joined years ago.
