After being on the phone with Cricket customer service for 1 1/2 hours attempting to port a phone number from T-Mobile and having my phone as dead weight during an overnight gig I have to thank the manger of this store. She had my service working in about 5 minutes, set up my online account a gave me good advice on avoiding problems in the future.

Was in the store to purchase SIM card 10/14/23 around Noon.The guy that was working was really rude and nonchalant about an issue I had about a SIM card that I purchased on the Cricket website that I never received. Not helpful, rude attitude, and not what I was expecting from my first visit to this Edgewood location. If you don’t want to do your job, find a new one! Would not recommend this location to anyone.

Just went to Cricket in Edgewood Towne Center. Store manager Nate is the best I've seen in all my years with Cricket. Very knowledgeable and friendly young man. Transferred all my contacts and data. Highly recommend this store. Very impressed.

I would like to give credit when it's due Tylynn is an amazing worker who knows what's she's doing and is sooo understanding. I was having a bad day that day and she just made it just a little better. Keep up the good work

I just went to this Cricket store, and it says they're open right now (2:50pm) but the door is locked and it seems like no one is there. If it's closed why say you're open? No one picks up when I call, and I need my phone fixed. The front door even says the store is open until 6pm, but the workers locked the door.
