So I currently have 4 lines with this company, few days ago I had the worst customer service experience in this store, the lady manager, and another guy gave me misleading information in purpose in order to push a sale, they told me I was getting a phone for free If I come back 2 days later when the promotion was up, so I proceeded to add another line to my account because they told me what I just mentioned, I went to the store and of course they wanted to charge for everything went they clearly Said I wouldn't have to pay for anything to get the phone, on top of that, the guy had a terrible attitude and he was acting like he was doing me a favor and giving zero customer service, I'm filling a complaint and of course removing my 4 lines from this company. Not to mention that while I was there, 2 more people walked out complaining about how bad the service was there, again the same guy doing his thing. Please do not go to this store !

Store was due to open at 10 and I sat outside for 35 minutes. Their hours are posted and they made me late to work. If they are not going to adhere to the posted times they should change the hours. This is no way to run a business.

Went at 10 am 3 times they’re never open. The guy that was working was completely disrespectful and rude. Very inconsistent. Terrible service

To all who visit this store. The clerk William suffers from TDS. IT IS NOT MANDATORY TO PURCHASE INSURANCE. THIS GUY IS ALLEGEDLY RECEIVING BONUSES WHILE SCAMMING CUSTOMERS WITH UNNECESSARY CHARGES TO BOOST SALES. DO NOT LET HIM DO THIS TO YOU. THE PAMPHLET CLEARLY STATES THAT INSURANCE IS OPTIONAL. HE TELLS YOU TO CALL THE NUMBER TO CANCEL BUT YOU DON'T GET REFUNDED. SEE HOW THAT WORKS. DEFINITELY MAKING A SWITCH NEXT MONTH.Also due to a flash sale I was told the phones I could afford weren't available so he upgraded me with a 4g phone?!?! He knew the phone I previously had was a 5g and did not disclose it was a 4g phone. After all this I contacted once more to offer to remove the review and reinstate my upgrade for the troubles or I can just make the switch in two weeks and get the phone I want for free. He said okay?. This is faster company suicide than Disney, Bud Light and Target. This guy is a winner.?.Left Cricket 7/10/2023

I would avoid this store and go to another location. Worst experience ever! Went in with my daughter and grandson to purchase a phone. Was 1 guy working and 2 ladies ahead of me. Waited for a hr and a half. He was so slow. A kid walked in while he was waiting on me and he stopped and was fixing his phone for him and put in a screen protector on for him. He also waited on another gentlemen that walked in Needing help with his phone while waiting on me. He had no knowledge about the phone's at all. We ended up leaving after 2 hrs with no phone.

Cricket Wireless in the Southside of Pittsburgh is open 9am-9pm Mon-Sat and 10am-7pm Sunday through the Holidays and also has adjusted Holiday store hours Christmas Eve 9am-6pm and New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day 10am-6pm!

I called ahead about a charger I needed. they said they had it. I came into the store told and told them exactly what I needed. they sold me a charger that did not work and had no cable. I came back in to get a refund and they would not refund my money. it's store policy to not do refunds even when they sell you things that do not work, give you inaccurate advice and waste your time. I wasted two hours of my time and $30 down the drain because they do not stand behind their products or their advice

I went to get a new phone because my phone wouldn't turn on when I woke up. I Enter the store and the Sales Rep Acknowledge Me Right Away And Ask How Can She Help Me? So I Proceeded To Tell Her About My phone And that I needed A New One, she said you have to put in a claim. I Didn't Expect That Nor Did I Want To Hear It Either, I told her I need my phone for business and personal reasons And I Need One Today. She Was Very Nice And Went into the computer and did something, I answered a few questions and then I picked out my phone! I Was All Excited, Getting ready to have my new phone and Realized I Didn't Bring My Credit Card, I Was So Disappointed!I Told Her I'll Be Back But Once I Got Home And Looked At The Time I Was unable to return because I had A lunch date, And I Really Like This Man And Didn't Want To Be Late!Later on I went I got my phone at another location on Carson Street because the one on Bloomfield was closed. I need To Say They Have Better Employees Working Now Because Those Two Young Ladies Came To Work To Work, They Both Was Very Professional, Nice, Very Understanding and Knowledgeable about the phones!
