The Wilkins township Location Manager was always attentive and friendly, 10/10!

They weren't helpful on which door to go into that's closest to my storage. They actually sent me on the complete opposite side of the building and the day I moved my stuff in the elevator was down.
Update: if you're dying they don't care about you or your late fees. They'll call you every other day for a payment while you're in the hospital literally fighting for your life.

Facility was always clean. My only complaints in the 3 years I had a unit was the chat function didn’t always work and that their office closed at 5:30 and I couldn’t get there from work prior to 6. It would be nice if one day a week someone was there later.
