The CVS pharmacist has always been extremely helpful regarding my prescriptions.. and it is much appreciated. Everyone has been very helpful and they always have a nice selection of goods in the store... I can always find what I am looking for when I shop at CVS

This has to be the worst pharmacy around . Have been bringing my scripts here for years but in the past year service has become a joke. They never answer their phones and recently my husband tried to drop off several scripts each for the two of us. Insurance on file, and the woman didn't even look or attempt to process them. Told my husband to go over to area for people who have insurance issues, refill issues etc. This was the last straw for us as customers. Previously we had an issue with dropping of scripts with refills, only to be told when the refill time came around that their was none. We started screenshotting all our scripts before we dropped them off, because it became a real issue.They have lost 2 long term customers, not that they care. Giant Eagle pharmacy, here we come. Oh , and I would post 0 stars if I could

The worst pharmacy around!! Tried to drop off normal script refills for my husband and I. No insurance issues. Current and on file. Cashier just looked at scripts, and told my husband to step aside and go to the person in charge of the conversations if there's an issue. Seriously?? She just didn't want to fill 6 scripts. Never looked or put into system. The saddest thing is, we have dropped off prescriptions that clearly state there is a refill, and when we go to get it , they say there is none!! We actually got to the point that we took a screenshot of our drs prescriptions before we dropped off so we had proof. Ridiculous! Would give a zero if we could. Will never use again which is sad

The pharmacist Jeff is soo nice and always willing to make time for customers. Working in a pharmacy can be a real downer and pretty thankless job, so I understand when they get busy things get a bit more stressed. Thank you for all that you do!

Awful place to try and be seen. scheduled an appointment online to be seen, stood inside for over 40 minutes only to be cancelled on. was also told I was called multiple times, and not once heard my name while standing in the physically building at all. first and last time I will ever step into a cvs.

This CVS store has really gone downhill referring to the pharmacy. Since their 2 pharmacists left, Chad and Nicole, the service and knowledge has dropped significantly. I think they had a lot of turnover in other positions like technicians too. The wait lines are huge whether inside or drive through, the latter much worse, extremely slow. The pharmacist does not even know where their over the counter products like zinc oxide are located. I had to find it myself using their web site for support. I certainly do not recommend this pharmacy and actively looking to transfer the whole family's prescriptions to another pharmacy.

I have been to this store three times in the past month to pick up prescriptions and will never go back. I am a health care provider and was very disappointed. They took days to fill an essential cardiac med and had no record of a script that was called in by a physician. I do not recommend this store.

Efficient experience here. They have their Christmas decorations up and they look cute. It was nice being greeted by a big nutcracker and big jug of hand sanitizer. We came here to get a couple of little things, found them and were on our way. The store is well-laid out. The cashier was friendly and helpful.

Brought a prescription in, was told it would be ready next day. Called in the next day at 10am, was told it'd be ready around noon. Drove 30 minutes to get there around noon, was told they were out of stock and would have it tomorrow. They were friendly about it, but a call back to save me an hour of driving would've been great.
