I ordered 75 prints & they printed the wrong photo. It was a photo I had them print days earlier. I went in to ask for the correct phots and they sent me to their self printing kiosk. It didn’t work. I asked one worker for help he said its fine just print the photos. So I was fiddling with the machine and a different worker comes over and says “This is closed you’re not getting your photos today.” I told him I’d already talked to someone who said they’d let me re-print photos that they messed up. His response was “Well you’re gonna have to find them b/c I’m not helping you.” Completely rude and inappropriate. He was a tall skinny white guy with blonde hair. I never asked for his help, he should’ve never said anything. THEY printed the wrong photos, not me. They should have reprinted and not try to make me fix THEIR problem, on a machine that didn’t even work.

I use this cvs at least 5 times a week because I work right in market square, anytime I need to go to the pharmacy i have to put at least an hour of my day aside. Some of the staff is very helpful and some of the staff couldn’t pick their own face out of a line up. I understand there’s an ordinance in Pittsburgh banning plastic bags but brown paper bags that can’t even hold two shampoos for two blocks is just cheap and to only have the paper bags with no handles is even cheaper there’s not even reusable bags to buy. It’s a city with a lot of walkers know your cities demographics thanks

This place is absolute trash. Giving you a 10 dollar coupon for getting a vaccine just to have the manager tell you that in order to use the vaccine at the store that you have to sign up then call customer service. Worthless help

If possible, avoid their pharmacy completely. During the week there is constantly a line out the door. They are often out of medication leading to delays. And finally they screwed up my order leaving me without medication for over two weeks.
I'm sure the workers are doing the best they can, but it's there's too much demand and apparently the CVS corporation doesn't care enough to properly staff the place. Go elsewhere and maybe after this place folds up, downtown will get a pharmacy run by a company who gives a damn.

They lock the fifth avenue entrance now, forcing you to circumnavigate all the way around to the Forbes avenue entrance, which is very dumb.

I will not be filling my prescriptions here again. I’ve never experienced such poor treatment—particularly from Dan in the pharmacy. The stigma against those in recovery is very real, and I felt it deeply during my visit. Regardless of whether someone is in recovery or active addiction, the way I was treated is completely unacceptable. We must do better. I would give zero stars if I could.
