Great CVS! Very neat and clean with many items well stocked. Great, knowledgeable and kind staff. Convenient parking lot located behind the CVS. Adequate pharmacy. Definitely my preferred location in the Oakland area (much better than the CVS on Center Ave.).

Nothing is ever in stock. They have boxes everywhere but employees who do not bother putting things back. If you need an employee's help, you might as well just leave the store. They'll just shrug their shoulders and Walk away. Don't bother getting pictures printed there because they will give your photos away to other random people. Don't bother with this place. The employees are lazy, Management does nothing, and they never even have anything in stock

The pharmacy tried to say I didn’t have a profile despite having used CVS for literal years. So instead of filling my prescription my doctor called in and having it ready, they made picking the prescription up an anxiety nightmare

Manager Wayne displayed erratic behavior during check out (substance?), and was getting increasingly frustrated because I didn’t want to sign up for a CVS card. He rapidly explained profit and loss reports to me and how they were losing money on people not coming in the store with a cvs card?

This was the single most unpleasant retail experience we've had. We went to CVS to get the passport photos taken, and it was a nightmare from start to finish.
First off, we waited 10 minutes for the manager to show up. But when he finally did, he was extremely rude and condescending. To top it off, when we asked him to email the photos to us, he flat out lied and said CVS doesn't provide that service. Additionally he was displaying signs of annoyance towards us, and I see another Google review of this store, mentioning the manager as well.
I've attached a screenshot from CVS's own website that clearly states they DO offer this service. This is unacceptable!
We ended up paying for the photo prints because we thought we could at least scan them, but they turned out to be ridiculously small. What a waste of money. We’ll definitely be seeking a refund.
Avoid this CVS location at all costs if you need photos taken. Horrible service and a terrible experience overall.

Went there to buy generic Zyrtec. A box of 90 10 mg tablets was priced at $35. I walked down the street to the outpatient UPMC pharmacy and got 100 10 mg tablets for under $6. Seriously.

I went in for 3 things they only had 2 of them. Had to do my own check out
