Went in to shop and buy essentials I needed worker made me stop to pay for my items and show my receipt to be able to use the restroom and I almost peed on myself will never shop here again highly do not recommend the other cvs are not like this one go somewhere else

This CVS is frustrating - sometimes it’s randomly closed early due to staffing which SUCKS- it’s the only 24/7 pharmacy in the area. One time they didn’t even have a sign. I like that they have self check out. And they always have a lot of stuff so I do love it… if they actually were open the hours that they are supposed to be….

All doors were locked with no employees in sight at 1 am despite multiple “open 24 hours” signs.

Downtown Pittsburgh applied the wrong coupon to my purchase. I had a $4.00 coupon that expired today and a 3.00 birthday coupon that expires in January. Went to purchase a case of $3.99 bottled water listed on website
Was told they never have water for $3.99 on 6.51… so my figured he would just get something for $4.00 meanwhile the CASHIER used my $3.00 coupon that expires in January…
What’s the point of calling it extra care when
Clearly someone was lazy and applied the first discount they found..

Awful experience, needed care from the minute clinic but no appointments were available. Sat in the waiting area for 45 minutes before someone came out and said no walk in appointments were available for today. Complete waste of time.
