Honestly I do not know why I come back to this CVS. Every time I come here there is never any help. This last time I went in and stood at the front counter waiting for over10 minutes for anybody to come help with the sale. I even had to go so far as to physically call the store from the front desk to ask for somebody to come to the front to make the sale... and still nobody came up. Just left and went to Walgreens.

David the pharmacist is great. He is very knowledgeable and is willing to spend time with a customer needing more assistance with their medication. He will walk out from the pharmacy area and help a patient. He fought for me to get my insulin..he is a great guy. The rest of the staff is great as well.

I really like this cvs. It's better than rite aid on Williams Marks drive. THE Pharmacist David is super nice.

Self checkout was good idea but when machine asked your ID ?? Sometimes technology way excellent but store still need human to work ?

Customer service is terrible. I had an armful of merchandise, attendant was just standing there, making me use self checkout. I was dropping things and he actually stepped over it

Always enjoy shopping here. The employees are so helpful with an issues I've had. I see most of the reviews here are about the pharmacy part of the store. I have had no issues with any of the pharmacists. Definitely recommend this store.

No way to give it 0 stars. But if I could, I would! Dropped off prescription. Never was notified that it was available an hour later. Stopped in, asked where it was. Pharmacist said that it was my fault because I never specified when it was to be ready, even though the pharmacist said it would be ready in a few minutes.Then the pharmacist told me that she would put it as a priority and do it in 10 min. Thought if it was a priority that it would be done immediately or within minutes. 20 min later came back and took the script and went to Giant Eagle.

I always have an issue with the younger pharmacist with long brown hair. She is polite when she declines to help, but the key here is that she ALWAYS declines help when it’s needed.Updating my review 2 months after leaving it originally. I brought in a paper prescription (printed off the computer) for antibiotics for my sister given to us by the emergency room, and the pharmacist told me they would not take the prescription without an insurance card. She didn’t look to see what the prescription even was. I asked if I could pay cash, or if she could look up insurance in the system (I think she has filled at CVS before) and she said none of these things can be done. Truly unprofessional and not able to act as a health care professional, no empathy, no compassion, and for that matter no basic social skills or manners.

This review is specifically about the pharmacy. Came in for the drive-thru Covid test. While performing the test, accidentally spilled most of the vial liquid. Told the test administrator that the amount of liquid is not enough and the vial should be changed. He insisted that he knows better and to just return the test. Sure enough, next day got the text that the test needs to be redone. Such incompetence is not acceptable in the pharmacy department. Who knows what other things that person is messing up. People get meds that lives depend on here.

I was at this CVS location today @ 2:30 PM and there was a bunch of chaos with customers waiting to be checked out. The self checkout was not working, it appeared that a customer tried to use it and needed help and could not get any; they left their 2 big bottles of laundry detergent in the bagging area. There were about 10 customers in CVS at this time. We all decided to go back to the pharmacy to check out. The pharmacist that was working saw the line beginning to form and said out loud and angry "I can't have this". She then left the pharmacy area and searched to find the CVS clerk...she looked in the bathrooms, break area, all through the store, outside the store and came back in to say " I am just closing the store we have nobody working in the front. " The person who was working in the front, walked out. The pharmacy did check out the 4 customers waiting in their line. As I was leaving there were about 5 people that turned away due to the sign that read " Sorry, CVS is closed due to staffing issues. "WOW!

I am a new Pharmacy tech here and so far I am enjoying working here. It can get a little stressful and overwhelming in the pharmacy sometimes but all of the Pharmacists and pharmacy techs have been so nice and very helpful towards me and does a great job. My favorite coworker in the pharmacy is Brenda♡. She is very outgoing, very funny, always makes me laugh, and is very sweet and friendly. She is the perfect person to go to if I have a question about something that I am unsure about and literally does almost everything for the pharmacy and is always willing to help me and other pharmacy techs out whenever we need help. These 5 stars are not for CVS.... They are for everyone that I work with but especially for Brenda because she definitely deserves it. :)

They did not make it clear on the CVS website that the Covid test was drive thru only here. I attempted to get the test after I was dropped off today and was left standing in the rain. They should have had an outdoor tent area to expedite testing. Awful customer service "policy" at this location.
