Store is totally ghetto... The entrance off of Liberty Street is closed they have a sign hanging upside down to tell you to go to the 5th Street entrance and there's no place on 5th Street to park.... Once in the store everything and I mean everything is locked up you have to ask for assistance to get anything so to me why would you bother being open if crime is that bad shut it down

They lock the fifth avenue entrance now, forcing you to circumnavigate all the way around to the Forbes avenue entrance, which is very dumb.

While the store itself has seen better days, the store manager Josh is extremely friendly and helpful. He brighten my day, when i stop by to pick up some new head phones!

I will not be filling my prescriptions here again. I’ve never experienced such poor treatment—particularly from Dan in the pharmacy. The stigma against those in recovery is very real, and I felt it deeply during my visit. Regardless of whether someone is in recovery or active addiction, the way I was treated is completely unacceptable. We must do better. I would give zero stars if I could.

Lots of stocked items. The extra care savings via email always comes in handy.
The pharmacy is good too.

Self-checkout only, which is very error prone and usually requires intervention from staff to unlock an error, unlike the great self-checkout kiosks at the Target down the street.
Many shelves are devoid of merchandise.
The staff members are usually friendly and helpful.

I went to a CVS that was automated with self checkouts with on human checkouts. With other sales agents on the floor assisting other customers Which I think works very for this store.Im one that really. doesn't like self check outs. Very nice shopping experience.

Can't get Rxs right despite various discussions....I use branded version of my high blood pressure med...not the generic. It's in the record but u continue to screw up. Never had this problem before we move to CVS. Incompetent.

Pretty sure they got a new manager as this place is way cleaner and put together than before. Please keep it this way!! It actually feels nice to be here now.
