This was my first time using this CVS after recently moving to the area, and unfortunately, it was a truly disappointing experience.
I went without my medication for six days due to delays, and was told it would be ready after 6 PM. When I arrived, it still wasn’t available — which I understood, as pharmacies do run out of stock sometimes. My frustration wasn’t with the shortage. It was with the way I was treated.
Despite being in significant pain from a spinal cord injury, I remained polite and patient. But when I asked if another CVS location might have the medication, the woman behind the counter rolled her eyes, threw her head back, and snapped, “I guess so,” with obvious attitude. She was chewing food at the counter (despite lunch being over an hour prior), and there was no line or rush — just a clear lack of professionalism and care.
I’ve worked in pharmacy management before, and I would never have tolerated such behavior from my staff. No one should be treated this way, especially not a new patient in pain who was simply trying to get help. If you can’t show basic respect to the people you serve, you shouldn’t be in a customer-facing healthcare role.
I hope this behavior is addressed, because no one deserves to be treated like this.

Reviewing for the CVS in the Harmarville Target store, it's great. Clean, quick service. Phoned in my refill, was told when it would be ready and it was, no waiting.

Consistently receive friendly and expedient service. Pharmacy tech Brianna provides a friendly greeting no matter how busy they are. Highly recommend this CVS at Target location for your pharmacy needs.
