The pharmacists here are great—friendly and helpful when you’re in person. However, I’m leaving a poor review because it’s impossible to call and speak to a live person over the phone. After switching from Rite Aid to CVS due to the closures, I tried calling to ask a simple question about my prescriptions and was only given the option to leave a voicemail. What could have been a quick 2-minute conversation turned into over 2 hours of waiting, and I ultimately had to drive 15 minutes to get my answer in person. While they have called me back before, the lack of direct access to staff by phone is a major inconvenience and feels like poor customer service. I’ve never experienced a pharmacy that doesn’t allow direct phone communication.

The team members actually at the store are great and are the only reason I’m giving this any stars at all. There is 100% no way to speak to a live person. None at all. You either have to go to an app or leave a voicemail. Which is incredibly ridiculous considering it’s regarding person stuff like prescriptions. You should be able to speak to a live person, no matter what.

My wife needs insulin to live. It took them a week to fill it and only did so after I went in and explained she needs it to live. The four phone calls and one visit prior was apparently not enough for them to check if they had extra. Then the cashier gave me a sarcastic comment on the way out. These people do not care about their patients. Only money.

I went to CVS and was playing the lottery machine. The woman working there was watching me scratch tickets like crazy. I finally won $20 on a ticket and she tells me that they do not pay ANY lottery tickets period. No sign no nothing. What is the point of having a lottery machine with a sign out front that says “PLAY HERE, WE PAY HERE” and then they tell you they refuse to pay ALL OR ANY lottery. This was a $20 win, I will probably never go there again. Just plain ignorant and greedy. They want your money but refuse to pay you when you win. Junk if you ask me. She stood there watching me feed $20 bills in and never thought to tell me they didn’t pay if you win, there is no sign telling you they don’t either, I’ve never had to ask a store if they pay lottery. I’ve had to ask if they had enough to cover a bigger win, I understand that but to refuse to pay $20 is ludicrous and rude and greedy.

Showed up at 1:31 p.m. and received zero care, concern or worry when trying to pickup a prescription. Meanwhile there are several employees behind the closed fence that could have easily rang up and processed my prescription that's was waiting for me. All after being told they were open and to come pick it up

To the person that spoke of Rose’s rudeness, she is still employed there. I have switched pharmacies too because of her alone. Reported her to manager, followed up with CVS Corporate….nothing! I can’t believe they keep her while losing customers. BAD BAD public relations!

Doesn’t follow their posted hours - even called for confirm they were open until 11, show up at 10:30 and it is locked shut.
