Great employees & great service from the folks in the pharmacy! Prescriptions are always ready in a very short time! By the time I leave the doctor's office and head to the pharmacy the prescription is already filled!

I've always had amazing experiences at the CVS inside Target! As a frequent customer, I appreciate how consistently helpful and friendly the staff is each time I visit. They remember me, answer my questions promptly, and make every transaction smooth and stress-free. Their exceptional service is why this has become my preferred pharmacy for all my needs. Truly a delight every time!

I even had an on line coupon they accepted readily!

I seriously almost gave up using cvs pharmacy due to the one by my house never being able to fill certain prescriptions in time. Always getting the run around and then blaming the manufacturer for not having it. Once or twice okay but every time? Doesn’t seem to be an issue with this one. I transferred a script here and the staff has been amazing.

The staff that are at this pharmacy seem to stick around which is a good sign in my opinion. A couple of them have been there for at least a few years if not more, and they are always helpful and kind.

The Technician on site at CVS resolved a very complicated situation regarding 2 important refills that I needed that night. Taylor was the most professional service provider I've ever had. Her 1st attempt at a solution wasnt working so she calmly went to a Plan B. Due to technical issues, that didnt work either. So, Taylor and the Pharmacist Tim worked together to resolve the matter using a 3rd alternative. Their patience, professionalism, willingness to assist me until a solution was found (obviously caring about whether I had a positive experience), and expertise were on display with every attempt to resolve. And, importantly, they were able to work on my situation without interrupting anyone else's customer experience. Taylor and Tim worked as a perfect team to resolve my matter while simultaneously assisting other customers. It was an amazing experience at CVS Pharmacy. Very grateful to Taylor and Tim (McKnight Road, Pittsburgh PA CVS).

Every person that works at this pharmacy is so pleasant, kind and patient. And the service is fast and efficient. They answer questions with a smile and do their best to explain anything and everything. I have never once had a bad experience at this location!

Submitted by prescription at 11 AM. Arrived at the CVS at 1 PM, site was away for lunch for over an hour with no sign or notification of when they will be back. Not sure if anyone actually works here...

Great, helpful staff. My scripts went to the wrong CVS on McKnight Rd. They said it happens all the time, and quickly moved/filled them locally.
NOTE: There are 2 on McKnight Rd. If you’re closer to Ross Township, choose the one at 4801 ?

Pharmacists and pharmacist techs are very helpful and friendly. If your insurance coverage for Rx cost is high, you can always check Good Rx. If price cheaper they will rearing Rx using Good Rx.

Best customer service. Danielle and Katie are always very helpful. They always go the extra mile helping me with doctors, navigate insurance, working with discount cards, and every other problem that arises. They are both extremely proactive as well, taking care of things even before I know that I’m going to run into a problem, they’ve already fixed it. They make my life so much easier. In fact I’m moving further away and there will be 4 plus pharmacies closer, but I know I can count on these guys, so Im going to stick with them. The only downside is that they close at 7 pm. Highly recommend!
