Called on a Thursday and spoke to Mike, had me come in the following Tuesday. Bob worked on my car and had it back to me in 2.5hrs! It now sounds EXACTLY the way it used to. My repair was very, very reasonably priced and well worth my drive through the tunnel to get done. Go here!
