This used to be a great, very customer service centered cloth diaper company, but over time that has changed. It was like pulling teeth to get in contact with the owner about a preorder I never received. I emailed through the website, through a personal email I received from their employee, and I tagged/made posts multiple times in the Facebook group. She finally answered only when I made a post calling her out, and would only talk through her personal Facebook messenger (which I feel like is weird?). Apparently they-without announcing anything-quietly refunded everyone because they didn’t receive the product (months after the preorder was expected, mind you), but I never received a refund. I gave proof through my email, PayPal transactions, and the shop app. I have been a customer repeatedly and was active in the Facebook group, so she knows who I am and should know I am not trying to steal $35 from them. She swears there’s nothing she can do, which is of course not true, as she herself could contact PayPal since she theoretically has “proof” that she paid it (despite never once showing me proof that included my name and invoice number).If you choose to purchase from here fine, just realize that you probably won’t get an answer if there’s any issue with your order, or if you do get an answer it might not be helpful.Edit: I just looked at my diaper depot account and it looks like she cancelled the order on June 14th, the day we talked, NOT on April 3rd like she said. Looks like she’s trying to save face…if she had refunded like she said it would’ve already been cancelled.

I have been shopping with Diaper Depot pretty much exclusively for over 2 years. They’ve been such a huge part of our everyday life, our holidays, our memories. I send all my friends and family to them as well when it comes to them needing anything natural. During this time, I’ve found such an incredible support system through their Facebook group, and I can’t begin to describe how happy I am that I came upon this shop a few months into my cloth diapering journey. The owners have begun to feel more like family that business owners. They never hesitate to include a gift note or a silly message, their shipping is super fast and it’s FREE for ANY order over $10, they give freebies with orders over $39, and they go out of their way to try and find print placements or whatever I ask for. As a business owner myself, I have taken a lot away from watching the way they run their business. Michelle and Jeff make the world a better place one package at a time.

I have placed countless orders with Diaper Depot over the past few years and have had nothing but good experiences. On the rare occasion that there was an error in fulfilling my order (wrong diaper print), they remedied quickly by providing a prepaid shipping label for return and getting the correct item out to me. They carry many amazing brands in not just diapers, but also toys and sustainable household products.

I have bought so many things from this shop over the last four years. While my one and only is now or of cloth diapers, I still buy other sustainable home items from they ship and am expedited to see the new products they start to carry. Thier reward system is great, free shipping is fast, and they have great costumer service when products get forgotten or even when I put in the wing coupon code!

Our family absolutely loves Diaper Depot! They carry such a nice variety of products from cloth diapers to eco friendly home and health products. The owners have always been friendly and helpful with questions or concerns and quick to reply. Shipping is always quick and packed wonderfully.

Diaper Depot is an amazing shop! I came for the cloth diapers and stayed for the excellent customer service and online community, Diaper Depot Dish. As my son outgrows his baby years I’ve found eco-minded, reusable products available at Diaper Depot that will keep me a customer for many years to come. From toys to toothbrushes, cleaning supplies and candy, too, there’s something for everyone here.

One of favorite online retailer! Lightning speed shipping. 2 days from PA to CA.. it’s like magic. Owners are very helpful and friendly, they were able to fix my problem when I had one. Lots of fun goodies for both parents and kids. Go check them out!!

Response to seller: This seller has exaggerated to the point that it is not even true: here is the copy from all 3 of my emails to show at no point did I accuse or ever become rude with the seller- let the customers see who is telling the truth.Initial email:Hello,I received my order yesterday- both the fox and kitty were packaged in the same bag. I have severe asthma and when I lifted the fox out I hadA bad asthma attack. My asthma is often triggered by essential oils and similar things. I’m not sure if the person packing it had something on them that got on the animal or if came into contact with something that is an irritant to trigger my asthma. I would like to return both since they were packaged together. Please let me know how to proceed. I would like a prepaid label please as I do not feel I should have to pay return shipping g on something g that jeopardized my health.Thank you very much and I appreciate your attention to this serious matter.Response to seller’s email-Thank you for your response. My asthma is triggered by many everyday products so it could be an ingredient in a product being used- even a hand soap or sanitizer. Something on the fox caused an immediate severe reaction and the cat was in the same fox bag, not packaged separately so at some point they were handled.I should Not have to pay return shipping or a restocking fee on an item that caused severe health problems for me.We have dozens of jellycat stuffed animals and I have never had this problem with any of them before.Please reconsider sending me a prepaid label as both still have tags and are back in original bag since I opened it- I can send it back out today.I would prefer to deal with this directly though you rather than open a Better business bureau complaint.2nd response to seller’s emailHi,I have sent two emails and not heard back? Can you please let me know if you can send a prepaid return label? I do not want to keep these items in my house another day and would like to send three out with today’s mail.As a severe asthma sufferer, I’m sure you know very well that no two cases of asthma are the same and one person’s irritant trigger many be very different from another’s. I have severe asthma and something that was on one of the stuffed animals triggered a severe asthma attack. I reached out seller to return both(since they were packaged together in same bag). I was told I could return them but I had to pay the cost of shipping to return them back in order to be considered for a refund. I sent 3 subsequent emails that the seller could not be bothered to respond to. I was concerned having these items that caused a severe breathing problem for me in my house (I had to put them out in the garage in a separate area) and was trying to contact them to get the return arranged. I have purchased many Jellycat stuffed animals from other retailers and never had a problem before. I would definitely not recommend this seller.

Diaper Depot is an awesome store with amazing owners! I've never visited their brick and mortar store (GOALS) but their online shop carries great products for babies, children, mom, and the home and their customer service is above and beyond! I've been shopping with them for two years and the customer service and incredible online community they've created on Facebook (Diaper Depot Dish) have made me a customer for life. I 1,000,000,000% recommend you check them out!!

I shop with Diaper Depot all the time! They always have shipping confirmation pretty quickly, 90% of the time same day. And have a ton of great sustainable home products to choose from on top of a great cloth diaper and jellycat selection. What's not to love?!

Ordered 5 Planet Wise travel bags and they arrived damaged . The bags were packed / folded weird by DD. I reached by email and they can’t replace the bags . Per Michele this is normal wear and tear but the bags are new . I used to loved DD due to their fast shipping . But what’s the point on fast shipping if their items arrived damaged and they fail to take ownership .
