Dicks has everything you could ever need but it's pretty pricey. We shop here with coupons or with discounts or during sales. The associates we passed were all so friendly.

Employees kept sending me to the in circles like it was a game everything was three times the amount overpriced that you could get at any regular store or online and everything you buy from their breaks almost immediately I got heating gloves and they only worked for 10 minutes not worth the $40 I paid for them at the quality of the product if you order it from the company compared to whether you buy it in the store even the fabric is lighter someone needs to tell the manager to stop ordering and selling the floor model because this is not the real product and I'm about to call after I get off this review to have them inspected for bogus materials counterfeit

Worst location I have ever been to when I went to check out no one was at any registers and got no help from any staff. When I went to leave they closed the mall doors early and I had to walk all the way around the mall to the complete opposite side in the rain.

Great service.
My size and color on every shoe choice not available. Had to order and ship to home. Service in shoe department was excellent.

The ratio of staff to customers was terrible. A simple task, like fitting shoes for my son, which usually takes five to ten minutes, ended up taking 45 minutes. I waited patiently for the first pair to be fitted but couldn't wait for the second. I left without making a purchase.

This review goes out to Matt, from the shoe department. We ran into a first. We had 2 separate transactions in the same day. Matt was the only bright spot. First off, we were looking on a rack at something. My son pointed out a cashier on their phone, so we paused to watch this young lady text, the entire time she was ringing out a customer. This is what we get from the younger, non-caring generation.
Then, we buy my kid a new pair of basketball shoes. We get to the car and he pulls them out of the box to take a look. We didn't make it out of the parking lot before it was obvious.... they were used. Even I was in disbelief. So, we went back into the shoe department. Matt took one look at the shoes and immediately knew they used. So, from return to reorder and delivery to my address, Matt never left our side. On a 1-5 scale, Matt gets a 10. Dick's gets a 4 star because -6 is what I'd give the person on their phone and the person who never bothered to check a used return before just chucking it back onto the shelf. Kudos to Matt. He fixed a bad situation for us.
