Great shop, nice and knowledgeable employees. They weren’t pushy about services and explained everything I needed. I double checked info with other mechanics who were unavailable to do the work. It all checked out and I was told I was getting a good price for the service. I’ll be back.

My friend recommended this business when I was having problems with my brakes. My initial phone call was pleasant and responsive. They fit me in the next day, to look at what might be going on, and I was fortunate enough to have them work on car that very day, because they had a cancelation. I was expecting the work I had done to cost an arm and a leg, based on a Google search, but I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable pricing I received. Great experience all around.

Jerry is no nonsense. They get it it done quickly, efficiently and mostly right the first time. The few times we have had to go back for follow ups they have been great in helping us figure out the problem and working through a reasonable solution. They have always been in communication with me for each step of the inspection/repair. They are what I’m looking for in a local mechanic: fair, straightforward, fast and reasonable

This place looks like a super fun site which it probably is. I went in to pick up a rental truck and saw an employee with a lit cigarette opening a car's gas tank. When I mentioned this to the manager he said, " What do you want me to do about it?" If this place doesn't have the basic understanding of the incompatibility of gasoline fumes and open flames, what do you expect their knowledge to be about basic automotive repair? My truck wasn't there and I'm going to have to wait on these krongoloids.

I took my car to Dixons w/several issues. I found that Mr. Dixon was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He had my car done in the timeframe that I needed done. What I found most impressive w/his service was he had driven an elderly woman home so she didn't have to wait while her car was being inspected. His mechanics are very knowledgeable and friendly. I would most definitely recommend Dixon Auto and will certainly take my car back for inspections or any other maintenance it needs.
