If you go to this bank, bring your lunch because it's going to take a while. I have never seen a bank that is consistently slow at basic transactions. Spent 30 minutes in an empty bank, depositing a check. Not sure if the lack of workers is forcing them to put people on the floor without proper training but for some reason this bank is just a circus.

Today, I spoke with Tyler (Fox Chapel Branch) by phone who was incredibly helpful and kind. He explained that my account only offered e-statements, but offered to order paper statements at the branch. Further, he helped me get set-up on the Dollar Bank app. He was thorough, communicated clearly and I greatly appreciated it. I hope his manager sees this review.

The manger Lindsay is so rude.She can not do math at all. She will over talk you the whole time while you are trying to explain your account.

I accidentally left my dollar bank card in the atm machine at their branch. They called me the next day and said they had it and that I could come and get it. I told them I was out of town for work and they said that I could pick it up when I got back. When I go to pick it up THREE days later, the woman at the front desk said they destroyed it THAT morning because they couldn't keep them for more than 24 hours??? Do the math... that is more than 24 hours... Also, If I knew that it would be destroyed, I would have had a family member pick it up. You could have told me that.. Now I have to wait god knows how long to get a new card in the mail AND they charged me a fee for replacing the card THEY destroyed. Don't use this bank... they suck. The fees for larger banks are worth it... So unprofessional...

They are always helpful. And typically not very busy. Avoid going 3:30 to 5 Wed Thurs and Friday

They are a little outdated on the technology, but in regards to the services, spectacular. They have some nice starting interest rates for savings accounts. The main requirement is to do 6 transactions a month. They are also very helpful and try their best to represent their clients, accuse Dollar Bank is owned by the client.

Worst bank I have ever been involved with. Opened a business account was told each deposit takes 5 days to clear although that is excessive I could deal. Requested starter checks and was told they dont give them to new customers. Went to another branch they handed them to me told me that is untrue and apologized. The scambis they hold all your money as lobg as they can but allow you to use it and then charge over draft fee. This will be last week back to P&C.
