Sketchy customers milling around inside and out. Took forever to check out. Typical dollar store items, was not stocked well though.

There staff is ok except for one of the cashier's her Attitude is "Always" Always Always, Very nasty (unless you're a man),she seems miserable , I don't know her name, black woman wears a hijab & she wears glasses, hopefully dollar tree can replace her,she is not customer service material

I was at the Dollar Tree location 1516 Brighton Road In Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. At 6:00pm I attempted to enter the the store with my husband and 6 year old
daughter, there was a woman that later identified herself as the manager standing at the door looking at a mask display, she wasn’t in uniform yet, she was wearing a pink helmet and had a scooter, I tried to open the door and said excuse me to her multiple times, she ignored us. At that point I moved the door open slightly to allow my daughter to move through, at that point she moved her body back against the door almost hitting my child and yelled “YOU DIDNT HAVE TO PUSH ME WITH THE DOOR” she continued to scream at the top of her lungs in the store causing a scene. To the point that the other employees told her to calm down. She then stated that she was the manager and that she was kicking us out of her store, she yelled at every employee to tell them not to assist us. The employees that were there refused her request and allowed us to complete our purchase. The entire time she was screaming at us threatening to call the police if we didn’t leave. She threatened my husband multiple times, got in our faces, terrifying my child. Other patrons and employees saw her behavior and they were appalled as well. We are frequent customers of this dollar tree location and cannot believe that we were treated this way. I did call the store to ask for the managers name later, the employee that answered said that she was the manager on duty and initially refused to give her name, but then stated that it was “Miss Vanessa” I

So dirty and extremely poorly stocked. Always boxes and crates everywhere and the spots on the shelf and you need to find your product yourself out of the overstock inventory in the middle of the floor. They will shut down whole aisles because they have so much stuff that they haven't put away and they just push it all there a terrible fire hazard. I've seen rodents run across the floor. And I've never been treated so poorly due to the way I look as I have in this establishment. I was treated a certain way due to my skin color I treat everyone with respect and fairly and I was treated like I didn't even matter. I will probably never go back there they only have one cashier that has manners and she wasn't working today. Seriously do something about it because the health department should.

Neighborhood Dollar store. Of course things are no longer only a dollar and seven cents. Which really doesn't matter because they are horribly stocked and have a shoddy inventory compared to others I've been to within a 10 mi radius. The staff is usually rude or simply indifferent - and the store is almost always a mess. Unless you really need to I would avoid this location. Just because it's a dollar store doesn't mean it has to be a subpar shopping experience.

Manager was ignorant and talked about customers. He is a miserable man, I don’t wanna hear about how he gets drunk and can’t open the next morning. I hope he isn’t there any more. Disgusting talking about the different men he been with, IDGAF!!!
