Dirty, messy store, with rude employees with no personality who can’t say hello or thank you!The store is called Dollar Store but mostly everything in there s now $1.25On top of that, the parking lot is always crowded & treacherous- so many other Dollar trees better than this store.

Stock and selection is back to pre-Covid levels but they now need a name change as the base price is a "Dollar and a Quarter Tree".

Decent local neighborhood dollar store. (Westwood/Greentree area) Have most of what you would look for in a dollar store I imagine. Is 5 minutes from my home so I stop a few times a year for different things. It is never usually packed so you usually get in and out relatively quickly. Parking in the Noble Manor lot is okay but can be slightly annoying during busy holiday times. Lot can get a bit cramped. Other than that no negatives I can think of. Happy inexpensive shopping! ?

Their posted store hours say they close at 8. But, these store employees are so rude that if you show up at 7:40 and they see you walking towards the door they will run to the door and lock it right before you walk in. On Sunday, June 26th the 2 women working at the time saw me walking to the door ***20 minutes*** before the posted close time and locked the doors so that I couldn’t enter and make my purchase. I sat in my car for the next 20 minutes trying to get ahold of somebody to open the door for me, and I watched them just standing there on their cell phones not working at all. They kept picking up the store phone and just hanging it right up immediately. They waited until 8:02 to finally pick up the phone after I called 15 times starting at 7:40 and the woman *rudely* said “welcome to dollar tree unfortunately WE ARE CLOSED” and hung up the phone before I could even say anything about them locking the doors and not letting me in. I am an understanding person and I understand many places are short-staffed, but I was treated very rudely and feel I’ve been discriminated against because of my disability, since they saw me and ran up to lock the doors. I cannot run so of course they beat me to it. I assume they probably just did not want to deal with me being “slow”, even though there was a solid 20 minutes before close and I would’ve been in and out of there in 5. They ignored my phone calls until after 8 because they did not want to let me in the store, assumingly because of how I look. I will be making a report Monday morning when the customer service lines open up, and making a discrimination complaint. We should all be treated EQUALLY regardless of our differences or what we look like !!!!

I decided to edit my past review and add a couple more stars. Honestly, it's not a bad store. It's the cashier's attitudes. BTW, mine and other's purchases is the how and why you get a paycheck in the first place. And, for the love of God, if you're miserable doing your job then due the world a favor and get another job. Years ago I worked for Dollar Tree in Bridgeville, quickly realized it wasn't for me, went over the hill and got a job with Giant Eagle and never looked back. You gotta enjoy people when you're working with the public or you're screwed.
