I frequent this location weekly. I was surprised at the register yesterday when I purchased a pair of glasses. I had the correct change and then the cashier said it would be $1.61. I was surprised and asked why. Another employee near her said there was a manager memo that said they were going up to $1.50. I don’t know what else has now crossed the $1.25 threshold, but now you’ll have to check the price of everything and not just the aisle with the $5 items.

I've honestly never in my life called a store to ask if they had something in stock and be told there is not ONE staff member in the store that could check for me because direct quote "everyone is busy and will not check for you" the store isn't THAT big ? like what? I honestly don't even understand that. I'm a manager for a large retail chain, and because of that am typically more understanding than most but if I knew one of my employees said that, we would have a problem.

First time visiting this particular dollar tree. wow. It's huge. Everything you need to decorate for Easter and cards and candy. The food selection here is like a mini grocery store. Makeup soap envelopes . Cat and dog food and supplies . Paper products . Car accessories. Bathroom and kitchen.essentials . My new favorite dollar tree.

This place is legit never open during their posted business hours, and there is no communicating changes or anything. I have gone no less than 6 times during their normal hours and had the place be closed. At this point it’s the only shop in the plaza closed due to “no heat” for days at this point. It seems like they can’t get anyone to work there reliably and it’s causing a ton of issues.

Seriously never open when I try to go there. Today there was no heat. Bring a few electric heaters to keep the store open. What are you losing, thousands and thousands of dollars each day you’re closed? Public outcry for new management

Hand written sign on the door says they close by 5pm every day now.

Don't waste you time coming to this store within 2 hours of opening or closing. They make up their own hours and then don't even stick to those. Not sure how this store is still open even though it was just opened.

Constantly making up their own hours. Randomly closing today at 5pm. A few weeks ago it was 4pm and they refused people already in check out line.

This Dollar Tree is a newer location, so the building looks very nice. So far, I have visited this particular location a couple of times. The highest price for any product is only $1.25, and many generic and name-brand products are available. I usually buy snacks, beverages, cleaning products, hygiene products, and holiday decorations. The store has been open when I stop by, and I have not experienced any problems with the employees.

Went at 8:09 today (Thursday) lights on on inside and outside but the doors were locked. The times on the door also said closes at 9pm. Kind of frustrating to make a stop for nothing.

Dollar Tree is a discount store that has thousands of locations across the United States and Canada. Currently, most products cost $1.25 each. Products include cleaning supplies, hygiene products, foods, office supplies, home decor, holiday decorations, toys, etcetera. This Dollar Tree has a newly built exterior and interior. During my recent visits, the aisles were clean, and the shelves were full of merchandise. Examples of name brands were Crayola, Scotch, Kraft, Pillsbury, Colgate, Crest, Curad, Barbasol, Tylenol, Palmolive, and Glade. During checkout, the cashier was friendly, and she correctly rang up my purchase and processed my payment. I bought a couple dozen products--Halloween decorations, candies, cleaning supplies, cat treats, beverages, hand soaps, rubbing alcohol, an air freshener, tissue paper, snack foods, shampoo, and body wash--for a total of $30. Bargain!

Afternoon - 07/31/2022,The attitude of the manager is worst than her employee. The kid at front is way better than her. Not sure if she is shift manager or general manager, but she is definitely need to be restrained on how to communicate with customer. How did she get the job as “manager” at a big organization like One Dollar Tree? Shame!
