The entire Don's Appliances experience was excellent. Chris in sales was very knowledgeable and helped me to choose the best washer/dryer for my needs. The delivery men, Aniel and Rodan, were very polite and neat. They left no mess behind. And they were so very kind! They showed up on time and wasted no time getting to work. Very smooth process.

Don’s Appliances for the win! Our oven died unexpectedly and we needed to replace it asap. Don’s had the one we wanted available and it was delivered and installed in less than a week. The email notifications for delivery were accurate, telling when the driver would arrive, as well as updates on which stop he was on. We’ve never purchased from Don’s Appliances before, but I doubt we will go elsewhere from now on.

Purchase and installation experience was exceptional!! Timely and courteous installation team. Great to be able to track delivery status on-line and estimate arrival time. Would gladly purchase from Don's again in the future.

Delivery was great - on time - the delivery men were friendly, considerate and very careful removing the old refrigerator - and installing the new one. They cleaned up and were on their way. I highly recommend Don's Appliance -- and their delivery people.

I don't have enough good things to say about the whole experience. From the salesman Greg who was patient when we changed our mind 2x, the incredible communication on delivery only two days later, probably the best retail purchase experience we have had in years. So much better than big box experience. Really impressive team of employees

I've had it with Lowe's. I paid more at Don's but my sense is they'll be there for repairs if I need them. Mainly, they did what they said they'd do and when they said they'd do it. Sometimes you can't even reach a person at Lowe's or you get the run around on their automated phone system, if it answers. I don't know how they stay in business.So, for now, 5 stars and we'll see how it goes with Don's over the life of the warranty and after.Keith and Steve, their installers, were excellent. I know Don's values them. Bosch dishwasher installed 1/'23.

Jeff, the sales person was great. He explained everything and walked me through the process. The washer and dryer are beautiful. The delivery/installation was not a pleasant experience. 1. I asked which guy was Maurice, the driver - no response. 2. I showed the guy the slide on my screen door to hold it open. Instead he took it apart and the door was swinging back and forth the whole time. 3. The cord on my dryer was dragging on the ground. It was yanked over the doorway and dragged to the laundry area. 4. There was a light flashing on the washer indicating the final spin cycle. I asked him why, he pushed the start button a few times, said he didn't know and told me to read the book. 5. They fixed the screen door but left it propped open, even though I had told him I couldn't reach it (I am handicapped and have to use a cane). When I tried to get them back, they waved and took off. I tipped them because of the labor but it wasn't as much as it would have been if things had been more professional. If I decide to buy my range from Don's (unlikely right now), it will only be if a different team does the delivery/installation.

Our delivery experience was absolutely great. We were kept informed all during the day as to the installers progress. The team arrived within minutes of the promised time. They were very kind, courteous and worked quickly and efficiently.Would highly recommend!Our ordering experience was quite convoluted and prolonged, but all because of communication and efficiency issues with Bosch. Although all the blame for the problems were a result of Bosch, Jeff Flecker was phenomenal. He escalated the problems to his superiors, and Jeff and Don's Appliance stepped up and helped us out until the problems with Bosch could be resolved. Would never have received this kind of attention and consideration from a big box store. Can't really recommend Bosch, due all to customer service issues, but Jeff and Don's Appliance were second to none. Definitely recommend them for your appliance needs.

My experience with Don's was OUTSTANDING! I purchased my new washing machine via phone, my sales person was Ryan. Ryan was more than helpful during our call. He thoroughly explained everything to me - the agitator vs impeller options, the delivery/set-up/disposal service that Don's offers and went over the extended warranty in detail. We completed the sale and with in 2hours I was notified of when my delivery would arrive the next day. All through out the delivery process the automated attendant kept me informed. The delivery team was great as well. My unit had a dent in it and the delivery team immediately started taking pictures and communicating with their dispatcher about options. They offered to take it back and provide me with a new unit, I asked them to set it up and see if it worked and they did. They tested it thoroughly and made sure I was satisfied with their solution to make me "whole" on my purchase before they left. Outstanding customer servicefrom all involved. Don's will be my go to retailer moving forward!

A great experience from start to finish. Got a great discount price on my Kitchen Aide range (had a ding on it that all of us struggled to find). Our sales associate Ryan Uzzo was very professional, knew his product, worked easily with my husband and me (LGBTQ+ friendly), got us scheduled for delivery.Caesar and Pedro were excellent in delivery. Went the extra mile to remove doors in order to fit the range into our small carriage house. Polite and respectful from start to end! 5 stars!

The salesman was very honest and knowledgeable at the Robinson Twp store. My appliance was delivered on time and installed quickly! I would definitely recommend Dons to anyone in the market for a new appliance.

Anthony was so friendly and helpful. I had researched what I was looking for ahead of time, and he confirmed all that I had found. The delivery was prompted and the delivery guys were friendly and efficient. I will definitely shop here again!

I made the mistake of trying Lowe's first then I went to the right place. I was living in my new home w/o appliances (thanks Lowe's) & Don's had me set up within 48 hours of my order. Anthony explained everything & very knowledgeable & helpful. I'll be back!!
