Our car had a rough year and was full of crud. They were able to get it all out but the tint on our back window was scratched.Other than that the car is spotless inside and all the dog hair is gone!

A little late with my review (got the platinum 8/5) but these guys are great! No idea what some of the negative reviews are talking about.
