Dream Nail Spa is the best salon in the area. I have tried multiple other local salons, but none can compare; Dream provides the highest quality, best service, and an overall great experience. Henry, Ken, and Michelle are usually my go-tos. They are INCREDIBLE, and they sincerely care about making sure you receive the service that best suits your nails/lifestyle. The best part of Dream Nail Spa is that all of the nail technicians are amazing, and you will be very pleased no matter who performs your service. I have been loyal for over a year, and I will not be switching up!!

It was nice at first,but then the service was horrible. They let an inexperienced person do my nails, and when I called back to get it fixed, they got an attitude. I'm tired of these type of salons, they all about dollar signs.

Clean, efficient, curteous, hard working..it is the best nail salon in pittsburgh
Cleanliness: The salon is very clean. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. They are experts in all areas of nails..hands and feet. They accommodate walk ins but it is best to have an appointment.

Joanne did a super service for me.
Specialties: I have been to Dream Nails before. They offer many different services. I once had the French manicure, which was very nice
Cleanliness: Dream Nails is always especially clean and tidy
Stylist: Joanne was my technician for both a manicure and pedicure. Home massage during the pedicure was absolutely delightful.

This location was initially okay. The service was okay at first. However one day instead of being able to schedule with my usual nail tech Michelle I was told to come in and someone else could help. I got my nails done by someone who looked newer and had less experience. They broke and cracked within 2 days. I decided to call and have the nail fixed however the staff started to get unprofessional and frustrated towards me that the nail broke. I was simply looking for a resolution as I've been to plenty of nail salons and they typically fix these things if the damage is done within the same week especially if it was their mistake. The staff continues to rush me off the phone and tells me to come in to get it fixed by Michelle. However once I arrive she isn't there and they offer no resolution. I left. It's really sad to see loyal customers treated in such a dishonest and disgusting way. My daughter brought me a gift certificate for Mother's Day to this location and that was a wanted gift. I would avoid this location as they aren't reliable , professional or courteous. When looking for a nail tech you do care about those things and want to trust you'll be on good hands.

Michelle did an amazing job on my nails. She took the time to explain options, colors, and shapes. She was very personable and so funny! The results were perfect and so was the experience. So perfect that I already scheduled my next appointment!
