I have been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts for the last three years as I have lived in Pittsburgh. I have noticed that over the last two years they have become increasingly poor at icing their donuts. It has become an overall poor experience. I have given it several attempts to allow them to change my mind and think it’s just a random event, but sadly they just keep letting me down. I often ask my coresidents and other patrons and they agree with me. Overall just sad.

The inside of this Dunkin is nice and big. Customer service was ok, could have been better for me!I always get an extra large coffee with butter pecan swirl and coconut milk.But none of the Dunkin’s serves coconut milk no more which a a bad thing because I love coconut milk in my coffee it’s great especially with the butter pecan swirl.Now I have to settle with almond milk!.?Besides that I love DunkinBRING BACK THE COCONUT MILK!!!…

Worst service I ever had at a Dunkin. Waited 15 minutes for an ice coffee, served everyone else’s drinks/food prior to mine when I was first in store. Literally just for a coffee.

Pretty good Dunkin and Baskin Robbins location. Clean place and friendly staff. They run out of donuts fast but I guess that's to be expected.

The place was VERY busy on the Saturday at 08:30, which is to be expected. I wish I had chosen a different time to order ahead since it took nearly 40 minutes to get my full order.

the snack bacon looked like fruit roll ups. Definitely wasn't real beacon. The bagel bites were still frozen in the middle. I used to love their coffee but I guess it just depends on what location you go to because our coffee wasn't even hot mine was lukewarm an my husbands was room temperature. Its like the people working there didn't even try to do their job. What a shame, I used to love Dunkin' Donuts but the last few times I've been there it's been horrible.

9/17/23 I was at the hospital in Pittsburgh for a few days and this was a close option for coffee. The receipt that spits out of the self order kiosk didn't have any ink the 3 days I went in. So you better remember your number. They don't check anything, just put orders on the counter and you have to try and figure out what's yours. Any dishonest person could just come up and take whatever they want, seeing as you don't get a receipt that has anything printed on it as proof you paid. They forgot our ex large coffee the 2nd day and we had to go back for it. AVOID IF YOU CAN.

When I first started going to this Dunkin' a couple of years ago, it was fantastic. Unfortunately, it has become noticeably worse over the last few months. I've waited extended periods (30-40 minutes a couple of times) for simple coffee and donut pick-ups. Though annoying, just this would not justify me leaving a bad review. When I went to pick-up an order about a month ago, they had a bucket next to the pick-up counter catching water leaking from the ceiling, and the pick-up screen that lets you know when your order is ready was shut off (and has been since). Once again, annoying but not review worthy. Today, I ordered a pick-up for one cold brew and a couple of snack wraps. They left plastic wrapping paper in a snack wrap. When I approached the counter, the cashier just said, "talk to him" (referring to the staff member making the food). When I went to talk to him, he said he had ten other orders and he's too busy for this. The ONLY reason I included an extra star is for the other employee who stepped in to remedy the situation. I wish I remembered her name, because she should be promoted to manager.
