I always have such a great experience with this Dunkin. Normally I don’t like to use Drive Thru’s at fast food chains because it usually takes awhile to get through the line, but this Dunkin is always very efficient at getting customers through the line in a timely manner and my order is always ready right away when I pull up to the window. This is much appreciated when I am on my way to work! Keep up the great work!

This Dunkin is the only one close to my new job and the food and drinks are very good. Worker got an attitude with me though because I pulled up to the speaker and she told me “wait a minute I’ll be right with you” and so I waited and then she yelled at me and said are you ready yet like I only waited because you said wait. She obviously meant to talk to the person at the window but it was no fault of my own. Be more patient with customers please . I will give it another shot though .

This Dunkin is in the most convenient spot for commuters to work in downtown Pittsburgh except their coffee is so INCONSISTENT! My iced coffee will have 2-5 cubes in it MAYBE some days and others too much. The coffee tastes stale like it's been sitting at the bottom of the container all day, it's just never good. I should order my coffee that costs 6$ and hope that it tastes good today, It's very upsetting because the people there are so nice but the coffee isn't at all! I used to go every single day on my way to work but I stopped because I would just end up throwing the coffee away once I got to work because I couldn't stomach swallowing it! Please please better your products because I really wanna enjoy this Dunkin again!

I did not read the reviews before ordering my food on the DD app (rookie mistake but I wasn't near my normal Dunkin. The reviews said the line took a long time and it definitely was a longer wait than I have waited for other Dunkin's. However when I did get to the window the employee was super nice and my order was correct.

They don't have what kind of donuts they offer on the drive-thru menu, and it's crazy expensive. 10 bucks for 6 tiny donuts!

Good coffee ! The breakfast foods are pretty good for a quick bite! The DD near me has been remodeled and it is disappointing! It is a busy store and the dining area has been reduced to 3 tables. The space is there for more! The worst thing with all of the DD's I have been in... No one cleans or sanitizes the tables, even when they are not busy! It's disgusting!

Yikes sadly this Dunkin is not like others While it is a drive through only one would think they would be more on the ball Long line been sitting here 15 min Line moved 2 cars A rude lady in front of me was sitting off to the right then demanded I let her go in front of me ok lady goI used the app to order so I already paidBut each min that goes by I'm thinking forget the coffee I will never get back this wasted timeDunkin come on you can do betterPS follow up I left the line there was one car at window no cars between speaker and window. so it appears you order get to window wait for order

This is the friendliest fast food place! The ladies working the morning shift are consistently helpful and cheerful, despite the crazy rush. Love it!Dietary restrictions: Love the coconut milk option!

Drive through service is fast and friendly, location is oddly placed as its on a 1 way road.Location is drive through only.Tips for franchise - make a larger portion option on hashbrowns (6 hashbrowns isn't enough its a tease)

This is a Drive through location only …Very unpleasant experience. Hot coffee served un-warm let alone hot.When brought to staffers attention - very rudely replied OK and shut the sliding door. No apologies. When tried to return the stale coffee- we do not accept returns you need to throw this away.Paying customers do not deserve this treatment. Decided not to visit this location anymore.Save your money and time. Find another DD.

Whoever is at the drive thru right now (8/9/23 @ 8:20am) needs a raise she’s great!!! Super fast and curtious, and also found time to give my dog a donut he loved on his way to the vet!
