Constant outages, terrible customer service, they won’t reimburse you for lost food or the meals you have to go out for when your power is out for 3 days, no rebate programs for generators. They are a truly useless company and make me regret ever moving here.

Bill’s too high and I have no other options for electric in my area. Bill was $80 a few years ago. It’s now jumped to over $150 and keeps increasing every month, even with minimal electric usage on budget billing.
