I received a delivery on my doorstep yesterday in the heat. It was there 5 hours. I was not notified & it was melted & fruit warm. I called today to demand the sender be refunded. My name on delivery was butchered. Not even close. He was so, matter-of-fact & didn't care. I asked him if he would eat it after 5 hours. He said No. Well, then why should I. I will follow up. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. WHO RUNS A BUSINESS LIKE THIS?? Edible food left in the heat???

I had a wonderful experience sending an arrangement to a co worker for her birthday. Everything was delivered in a timely fashion and it was a hit at the office!

I recently placed an order to be delivered the next day and found that the recipient had left town sooner than I expected and would not receive her arrangement, in a panic I called the store to see if I could cancel the order same day, they were so kind and gave me a full refund:) AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I ordered a fruit bouquet from Edible Arrangements (Mt. Lebanon Store #196) a week in advance for my daughter’s 25th birthday, requesting delivery before noon so her office could enjoy it during lunch. I called several times before the delivery day to confirm the time and was assured each time it would arrive before noon.
On the morning of delivery, I called again to confirm and was suddenly told that they don’t guarantee delivery times. The bouquet ended up arriving over an hour late, missing the celebration entirely.
I also added a small flower arrangement to the order, which arrived in a tiny vase with wilted flowers—completely unacceptable for a birthday gift.
I called the store to express my concerns, but the manager (Mubeen) was unhelpful and dismissive. I contacted corporate, and they only offered 10% off a future order, which felt like a brush-off.
Extremely disappointed in both the product and the service. I will not be ordering from this company again.

I received two orders of edible arrangement fruit that were absolutely delicious. One order came without a name of who it was from with a quick phone call. They were able to tell me who sent them.

Well ! I can confidently say I’ll never give Edible Arrangements my business ever again. I ordered my mother a premium bouquet for Mother’s Day and what my mother received was absolutely appalling. 1) She didn’t even receive the bouquet I picked out and 2) the flowers came wilted, half dead and rotted.

This business botched the delivery of my gift arrangement. I left a voice mail during their business hours the day of the delivery indicating arrangement was not delivered
as specified. instead I received an auto generated email that it was delivered. My phone call was not returned so I called again the next day. The matter was not handled to my satisfaction and they blamed UberEats delivery person for not delivering. I told them I have a photo of the delivery person leaving the property with package in hand. The surprise gift was no longer a surprise and was finally delivered a day after the event. No discount or credit or coupon was offered in fact they said “no” to any of those options. I suggest ordering elsewhere.

Sadly, I wasn’t sent any pictures, but my granddaughter did FaceTime me eating strawberries and was deliriously happy. Thank you so much for making it so easy to help celebrate my granddaughter‘s birthday while I am in Florida and she is in Pittsburgh. Perfect gift for anyone.

This edible attraction shop does the best work I have ever seen compared to others. I have ordered for Mercy Hospital and for others in the North Hills but this location always seems that special touch on each bouquet or platter. Plus they do it you wouldn’t have imagined.
