I placed an order to be delivered on Friday February 17th. I used the tracker to get updates on the order (birthday gift for my wife) late in the afternoon on Friday the order went from received to arranging. It was getting closer to 3:30pm so I decided to call them to see if the order was going to make it by 5pm. I didn’t want it to be left at the front desk of her office building all weekend as we were going out of town. I never got through to anyone on the phone after being placed on hold. I waited a little longer and called again, I believe around 4pm. Still no one answered. I called again around 4:30pm no answer after being left on hold. I left a voice mail explaining and told them to call me back so we could arrange something else. Never received a call back. Again I placed a call at 5pm still no answer. Well we left for our trip that evening. And still never got a call back 6days latter. Ive sense canceled the order left voicemails and haven’t gotten a phone call or email back.This is a very unprofessional establishment. At the very least call me back and respond to my voicemail about my 100+ dollar!!

I have been calling for 3 days to have an arrangement ordered and delivered for a friend of mine - no answers or calls back 3 days in a row after several messages SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I honestly do not know how this location stays in business - will also be reporting to the BBB.

Horrible, horrible. Spent almost $100.00 on December 6th for a gift to be delivered on December 20th. Didn't happen. Got an email that they were "working on fixing it". That didn't happen either. Spent an hour on December 22nd trying talk to a human being to resolve. Finally got delivery LATE on December 22nd, three day old products good for trash. Will NEVER waste money or time again.

Sonand daughter-in-law, bought me fruit for my birthdayDriver called told her I was on other side of pgh , doctors office, would be over two hrsNot to leave it , but she left it on porch when I got home it was covered in ants and bugs. Even the balloon was wrongIt's was my birthday got happy anniversary. Really made a call to store, never heard back from them. Wasn't all that happy birthday since it was ruined

Had problems ordering online , (over 30 minutes) corporate customer service was no help. I went directly to the store explained what was going on & The Pittsburgh Robinson location was absolutely AMAZING AND UNDERSTANDING, NOT only did the staff resolve the ordering process but went above and beyond to make sure that my order was perfect.

who doesn't love a little mid week pick me up with chocolate covered fruit? the apples and bananas are so good (& of course the classic strawberries). sometimes i wish the fruit was a little fresher, but overall good product.

I’m now a big fan of Edible Arangements. I’ve only ordered locally in the past and I’ve been impressed. But today they blew my mind. I ordered online in another state. I got everything so mixed up. I ordered from the Lenexa KS location but called the Overland Park KS location to make corrections to the order. Long story short. Sam was great because she was going to deliver after the drive already left to do deliveries. Also Mindy was so gracious and diligent. She kept calling me to sort things out because her store had the original order. She wanted to making sure I received the order. If this of how all Edible Arrangements stores are they will be my go to for all my gift giving deliveries. Thanks again Sam and Mindy. It’s not every day people go above and beyond without an expectation of something in return.

I love this store! I had a wonderful conversation with John the Manager when I called from University Heights Ohio (Cleveland). I needed to send an arrangement to my Sister in Sheridan and the one I picked was for funerals! Oops, so John was so kind and he steered me in the right direction for a beautiful Get Well arrangement! We definitely had a Steelers vs Browns moment. The arrangement was gorgeous! This store will be getting more business from me. Definitely a thumbs up all the way!

I live in LA and ordered online for my sisters birthday. It was simple to order and fast. The delivery driver even contacted me through the process. Which I was worried about because no one was home. He emailed a picture of the delivery as well. Thank you so much! It looks too cute!
