I ordered a edible arrangement from the liberty ave store around 110 pm and asked if I could have it by 4 it was a beautiful arrangement all the fruit was very tasteful it was delivered by a David thru Uber !!! Very nice and I will highly recommend then again !!! Thank you !!! Will be using them again (next month ).

The arrangement of sweet moments strawberries And chocolate box was beautiful and delicious. The box was very nice and the chocolates were arranged well.

The delivery driver who called me to tell me he left my order at the "reception desk" at Shadyside Hospital could barely speak English. When I told him I was having difficulty understanding him (at which time I heard a dog bark in the background), he hung up on me. It took three calls to the "office" to finally reach someone (you are unable to just keep holding until someone picks up--you're forced to leave them a message). They were semi-helpful, but told me they would call me back after speaking with the driver. They never called. When the gift recipient tried to call them to ask a question ("who was it who sent this to my husband?") they never were able to get through. Profit over customer service and good customer relationships. Last time I use them....unless they care to refund me my money.Why did you never respond to this email? I am aware that Mr. Truitt received the basket, but I still don't know where your delivery guy took it initially. Your "customer service" efforts kind of suck, but you probably already know that, and pretty much don't care, because most of the time things go okay for you and your deliveries. However, when "glitches" happen like this situation, your customer service sucks.

My husband tried to surprise me with a box of choc covered strawberry’s, a personalized card, a plushie, & preserved rose. What we received was chocolate covered mush a BLANK PIECE OF CARDSTOCK & the driver forgot my rose so he handed me someone else’s flowers that were half dead to begin with & you can’t get a hold of no one at this store I do no recommend their business what so ever save your time & money because when the driver called the store all they offered us back was 15% all I wanted was my rose I didn’t care about any thing else I just felt bad for my husband who was so defeated at that point! We waited all day & had to cancel our reservation because he was afraid it would have been dropped on our steps & someone would have taken it this company is terrible to deal with I’ve been trying to contact someone since yesterday.

This store ruined Valentines Day. I paid $20 for Valentines Day Delivery at 7:00 am on Valentines Day. They stated that they would be able to deliver to a work address which is where I wanted the delivery to go. I waited and waited for an email confirmation. Finally at 2:00 I tried to cancel the order because the delivery was obviously not going to make it on time. I was greeted by an automated message saying that the store would contact me within 48 hours. I called the store at least 8 times and sat through the most annoying chatterbox voice message for several hours. I never spoke to a single person.Finally I woke up this morning to a text from the delivery driver that he was at the delivery location and there was nobody there. It was almost 10:00 at night! Of course nobody is there!Today I have tried to call the store 4 times already and still nothing. I spent almost $240 on this ridiculousness and got nothing out of it. Absolutely ridiculous. I will NEVER spend a dime with this company ever again.I would post a picture but there is nothing to post a picture of.

Terrible cancellation policies, chocolate covered strawberries falling apart directly after delivery. (Separation of chocolate and strawberry.) Do you not dry them? Extremely wet and strange after a short amount of time.Do not order for someone who may be busy.Upsetting, disappointing, and kind of gross looking. Delivery tries to be communicative.They WILL call the person you are trying to have a delivery sent to, so be aware that surprises won’t be surprising if you give that information.Overall terrible experience. I had asked my fiancé to cancel the order several days ahead of time and still received the “bouquet.” I assume he’s still been charged and if you take food returns, that would be disgusting anyway.I just noticed a rotten and disintegrating strawberry in the bunch that was hidden under the chocolate. Please exercise caution in ordering… as a receiver of this gift, I would be overjoyed to never get it again.

I looked at my receipt the next day and noticed that I didn't Receive my 50% discount. I called and wasn't able to get through, so I emailed them and got a call from Mr Kin, I explained the situation to him and he fixed the problem, I didn't have to speak to someone else or get a call back. He was very nice and knowledgeable, with a Smile on his face and a Great Spirit! He has impeccable customer service skills they should allow him to train their other employees it would accelerate their business. I Can't Wait To Receive My Order, Thanks Mr Kin ?

Placed a same day delivery and the Library Ave/Downtown location didn't disappoint. My delivery was handled with care. I called with a question and the gentleman that answered was so sweet and helpful.
