Had an issue regarding getting locked out of our shared room. The engineer on staff was very responsive and outstanding in being able to get us back into our room.Noteworthy details: The lobby is on the top floor .The floors below host rooms. Great views and great location.

If in Pittsburgh, stay here! When the taxi dropped me off, it was impossible not to look up and admire the absolutely stunning building. I walked through the revolving door, and a very polite hotel staff member let me know that check in was on the 25th floor. The 25th floor? Fancy! The front desk associates were extremely friendly and my room on the 22nd floor was cozy, comfortable, and quiet. Oh, and I failed to mention the most important part about 25. FOOD AND DRINK!The top floor has a bar with a complimentary two drink happy hour from 5:30pm to 7:30pm as well as a free, all you can eat, made to order breakfast buffet every morning. Great food and great drinks are even greater when they cost nothing, and not a soul can argue that.In summary, if I ever find myself in Pittsburgh again, this is where I'm hanging my hat.Cheers.

James (morning chef a.k.a Frank) is the nicest and best cook during our stay . We loved his attitude and even gave a short omelet class.Long live Robert Clemente #21 and his Puerto Rican love & kind spirit!!Note: It was sad to see so many homeless people around the area.Nearby activities: Everything was walking distance

Rooms were big and breakfast was good. They never cleaned our room even after we called and asked them to come clean. Plates and silverware at the breakfast buffet were frequently dirty. “Heated” pool was cold. Mobile app/room key did not work half the time.

Nice large, clean suite. My only problem was the people down the hall partying 2 nights in a row from about 11pm to 3 am each night. I thought the hallway security cameras would have caught all of the action, but nothing. I changed hotels the next morning rather than taking a chance on a 3rd night.

Terrible business practice DO NOT STAY HERE. We have ZERO hot water at 11pm at night lady at the front desk informed us something that the city did yesterday caused it. Yet they didn't tell a single person checking in greedy company.

Bad service we booked two adult rooms . One with one king bed and the other with two they gave us what they wanted and when confronted the two women at front desk they said they are booked and there is nothing they can do. They saidntheu made a mistake but they did. They did what they

Love the views and the large rooms. I'm here on business a lot and it's nice to have a living room area for Teams calls. The breakfast in the morning is great, especially the omelet station. I also like that the gym area has windows so you don't fee like you are exercising in a basement. The valet service is a bit of a pain, and they definitely overcharge, especially if you aren't out of there by 11am (I'm sorry but charging a whole extra $40 for a 1 or 2pm exit is ridiculous). I did make the mistake of booking a queen x2 room once. Those beds were horribly hard, and the blankets were cheap and uncomfortable. That never seems to be an issue in the King rooms though!

Very nice amenities and spacious rooms with a nice view of downtown Pittsburgh. The front desk staff were a little aloof and didn’t know much about the surrounding area or places of interest. They made a comment about the information board across from the desk that never works, so there’s no sense in addressing that issue for out of town guests. The restaurant staff had extremely poor attitudes and complained constantly to any guest that would listen. I would stay again, but would consider taking food back to the room to avoid the poor attitudes of the restaurant staff.Don’t even consider asking the omelette station employee James for your eggs to not have 8oz of hydrogenated butter alternative per 3-egg omelette as he’ll bite your head off and attempt to embarrass you for asking to hold the 1200 calories from this pan coating. After all he’s an expert, proven wrong since he uses a non-stick pan to make sure omelettes, and won’t hesitate to let you know is his expertise in doing so.Rooms: Amazing and spacious with great views of the city of Pittsburgh.Nearby activities: Excellent location to walk around the downtown area. The drawback about this particular city is the amount of homeless people per each city block. This hotel cannot help this but it’s depressing to see that many pan handlers accosting you for spare change.Food & drinks: Avoid any interaction with the restaurant staff if at all possible as they’ll tarnish your stay.
