They do all of my work for Pittsburgh valet parking. They have done hundreds probably close to 1000 uniforms now from polos to 2 and 3 piece jackets for us without one issue. Great service, great people, great prices.

I interacted with Dorene, the shops owner over the phone about an order that needed to be done next day. Although I didn't end up using the company, Dorene was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. She responded immediately via phone or email. Because I live out of state it was very difficult to describe what I needed and how I needed it to look but she was patient, helpful and was the only vendor in the entire state of PA to be able to do my complex order withing 24 hours. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone with any sort of custom embroidering needs.

We found Embroidery Etc to be very untimely in providing info and samples. Upon receipt of sample #1 that was obviously misaligned, we were told that our merchandise wouldnt look like this. We requested that they redo the sample so that we could see what it WOULD look like. Upon receipt of sample #2, we were still very unimpressed. The logo was aligned, but the quality of the stitch was very poor. We had originally provided the vendor with merchanidise to embroider and asked that they return it. The vendor replied that [paraphrased] "although their daily routines do involve travel around town,they would not return our merchandise; we had to come and get it because they had already visited our office numerous times and it was ignorant of us to ask them to come back and again to return our merchandise." Overall: Poor Quality and Poor Customer Service. Prices were great though. So, if you are looking for something affordable, but do not care about the quality, go for it.
