I lost my card outside and Nick found it. He held it for me and was able to return it to me a full 10 minutes later. These employees care and I want to say especially Nick. Get this man a raise!!

0/10 Let’s start off by saying it’s my sisters 25th bday weekend celebration. Did we celebrate no… did anyone at enclaves management, “ lawyer”, staff , security etc really offer any assistance….. my sisters wallet was stolen there is an active police report and all …. Everyone in attendance over 21… the youngest with us was 25 the bday girl .. and somehow I’m banned & never even got In … my sister and other friend went inside while I waited outside and they said it was ok .
Parking: Horrible park a street down will make you move for possible vip even if none show up it’s a lot of favoritism I would 0/10 NEVER RECOMMEND

Got vip bottle service for a show with 10 friends spent over $400. Service was so bad I don't think a single person working there knew what they were doing. Stepped outside to drop camera equipment off at my car and they wouldn't let us back in. Missed the whole show. Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a Pittsburgh venue in over 20 years of going to live events. They basically stole $400

Staff was extremely attentive and easy to work with, responded very quickly to any questions or issues we had. Food was great and the atmosphere was amazing. My group loved it. Will definitely be planning other events here in the future

First of all when I first went I was denied entry for no reason by the big white security guard he couldn't even give me a reason. He was so unprofessional and rude. Even after numerous attempts of having my friend come out because she had a section and talking to the other employees he would not let me in. It took the female security guard and another worker to let me in they didn't even know why he wouldn't let me in and I appreciate them for apologizing on his behalf but that was unacceptable. Also, my friend got kicked out of her section on her birthday for no reason. Please do not spend your hard earned money here. This place is absolutely disgraceful and the men show nothing but ignorance towards the women. If I could give 0 stars I would proudly !

The security/ bouncers are so unprofessional & prejudiced. Kicked my friend out of her section on her birthday. Will never spend money here EVER again, constant fighting & have no control over their business/establishment.

MORE THAN AWFUL PLACE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Stood in line to get felt up by security, had a $20 cover for less than mid music and vibes, bathroom was disgusting there was pee everywhere. Literally so many other places to go on east Carson don’t waste your time or money on this one

Bartenders are loose with taking money and without even checking if the customer has paid, they proceeded to call security and get you kicked out to the club without receiving the money, regardless of the fact if the consumers trying to pay.

Disappointing and Confrontational Experience at Enclave
I recently attempted to visit Enclave, and I left feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed. Upon arrival, I was denied entry simply because I had legal cigars with me. What made matters worse was the way the bouncers and security handled the situation. They were not only rude but also ganged up on me when I tried to defend myself. Instead of addressing my concerns, they chose to threaten me, which was completely uncalled for.
It's disappointing to see a venue that could be great fall short in customer service and basic respect for their patrons. I won't be returning and would advise others to think twice before visiting.

i love coming to enclave because the environment and the music is always a ten. the drinks are good and the dj’a always play great music. it’s well maintained and i always feel safe. it’s packed every weekend and honestly my go to spot for a night out. literally my favorite place! will def be back!!
