I love Dana at his location. She was able to get me in a rental the day after my car accident—other locations said it was going to take 4 days. She even brought a rental to my house, twice!! (I do live very close.) Thank you so much Dana!!

Overall it was truly an amazing experience in every aspect !! My rental car was great and just what I was looking for. The overall customer service when I picked up and dropped off my car was great! Katie was absolutely amazing and such a delight to work with. Definitely would recommend this location if someone is looking to rent a car!

I had bad experience with this location. I had a reservation for a month and I got a call (voice mail) the day before my check-in asking how I’m gonna pay; credit or debit. I could not call them back because their call was in the last hour before they close. I called them back next day, they “simply and carelessly” said we don’t have the car type you requested. When I said I need it, he said we will try to find one but not guaranteed! This was two hours before my pick up time!! Then, I asked to speak to the manager because my whole plans are relaying on that car, the rep said you want to hear that from different voice.

I had to pay extra for a mistake THEY made, and only offered a 10% discount which did nothing. I had reserved a Mid-sized SUV to be delivered to my house, which is very close to this branch. When they arrived, they brought me a Hyundai Kona, which falls under a compact sized SUV. I told them, I can't use this, it's not big enough, I ordered the midsized. They said "Okay, give me 20 minutes, there is a car at the Airport branch that is a mid-sized". I waited 20 minutes and drove to the enterprise where they claimed they had my car ready. When I arrived I was given a Mazda CX-09. They said that this is a standard sized SUV, so I was going to have to pay the upgraded price. I said that I asked for a mid-sized suv, why are you giving me a standard size. At first, they said that I had to pay an additional $80/day. I said that I cannot pay that price, then they started to negotiate with me, asking "okay, then, how much can you pay? $60? $40? $20?". They knew I was in need of a car right now and it was almost 5:00 pm which was their closing time, so I gave up and said, "fine I'll pay the $20". This made me confused, as to what was the need of this fee, and also, personally negotiating prices shouldn't work because there are set prices.I had to check online and call the Airport branch whether or not this Mazda CX-09 was in fact a standard SUV, and online it says it is a Midsize SUV Crossover. When I saw that I thought, oh maybe it is a Standard sized vehicle because it is a crossover. But then I called the Airport branch (where they originally got this car) what size this car would fall under, and they said that this car falls under the "Mid-size SUV" cars. When I brought this up to them, their only defense was that "There is no straight line to call at the airport branch".On the contract/estimate that I signed (which I had only signed one, I signed nothing for the change in vehicles), there was an additional $20.56/hour fee. I have rented in the past, and never seen this fee. I researched what this fee is, and it is for when you return the car late. This made me confused because why would you put a late fee on an estimate, when I haven't even returned the car?I told them that I only signed for the Mid-sized SUV, where they had accidentally given me the Hyundai Kona, we both had no file of the exchange in cars. They continued to ask for my contract signing for the Mazda CX-09, but I told them, I only have three emails from enterprise, one was a confirmation that my order was place, the estimate contract that I signed FOR the Hyundai Kona, and a customer service survey.They didn't try to give a solution, they blamed it on me saying that I agreed to paying the standard SUV size, when in fact there is nothing in writing saying that I agreed to pay that price. Originally I was supposed to pay $291 for 4 days, but I had to pay $336.71(this was including the 10% discount) In the end I just gave up and said whatever because I was tired and knew they were going to continue to blame it on me.-10/10 never coming again

I had to get a rental due to my vehicle being hit and run . Had the rental for 31 days, staff was excellent every step of the way. They contacted me when my insurance company extended the length of the rental vehicle,answered all of my questions along the way, Very fast and friendly service both picking vehicle up and dropping off. The vehicle was clean and sanitized, it fit my needs perfectly. 5 stars for sure!!
