Great service... clean car.. and fast! I rent cars a lot and this is one of the best places on service..cars aren't always what you want but it's understood dealing with the size!Definitely recommended to others..

1) My car had visible damage, torn carpeting, and smelled like a wet dog.2) I declined insurance, was told I was signing to decline, and was charged anyway. Very dishonest sales associate.3) I declined tolls as I have my own transponder. Was charged for tolls anyway, and have gone through a lot of redirects with non-responsive customer service to dispute it. In the end my dispute was denied because their transponder was broken (like the car) and logged my trip as ending at a rest stop. I was denied because their final exit doesn't match my transponder. I must have teleported the car from a rest area in the middle of the state over to Pittsburgh.Overall, I was charged for insurance I declined. I double paid for tolls on a transponder I declined. All in a beat up, stinky, car.

Beware! Enterprise customer service fails. Got up this morning to Leave for our trip. Called to let enterprise know we were on our way to pick up our car. We were told no car was available for our trip. We Called twice this week before the trip to confirm our rental car reservation this week for peace of mind. Not even an apology. Taking our grandchildren on a trip and it’s Sunday we are racing to find a car. ?

I booked 3 times car here … every time they say they don’t have car and they will recommend to go to other enterprise where you have to pay extra $50 for car and drive or Uber ($20) from your pocket.

National is my go-to, but I occasionally settle for their sister company Enterprise when a location necessitates it. This location is great though, and in particular I appreciated how well Madi documents all the little very minor pre-existing damage I probably wouldn't notice myself but would hate to be charged for.

Rental place on Babcock Blvd is a joke. Took forever to actually do the paperwork because the tablets kept crashing, meanwhile they had a computer to use to do that same thing. Incompetent! Then the SUV they gave me was dirty and all scratched up on the outside. Inside had a hole in the car on the drivers side floor. Bad stains on the front and back seats. The worst thing was the prior customers personal items were in the car. It was only a birthday card, check for a birthday gift and food wrappers, but it shows they didn't even look at the vehicle at all. What if it was something else, I would have been accountable for it! Absolute joke. I dealt with the branch manager as well, clown shows. I feel like I got a used hotel room and was told Enterprise provides a great experience!

Update: I did hear back from the regional manager who was extremely understanding and helpful. I would still recommend enterprise as a company to rent from just a poor experience at this particular location.The following information was sent to the office via email in response to an email asking about my experience, the emails were never replied to. I do not recommend renting from this location. My experience was unfortunately less than to be desired. I reserved a sedan and was called a few days prior to pick up and was told they had a car reserved for me, on pick up the store manager said they did not have any sedans left and tried to send me home in a Kona saying it was an “upgrade” but it is a much smaller vehicle and did not fit my needs. After some back and forth where I was told “you are entitled to your opinion” when I stated that the sedan I reserved was a much larger vehicle and I needed the space I was given the option of a Nissan Rogue Sport. Still much smaller than a standard sedan but I agreed. Unfortunately as soon as I drove it off the lot I noticed it reeked of cigarette smells. I tried to call and come back but no one answered my calls and then the office was closed. I had to get on the road so I was stuck with the smell. I Lysoled and Febreezed but the smell continued to linger. In addition, I also had issues where the car steering wheel shook when breaking. This was extreamly nerve racking as I drove the vehicle across the state. When I let the enterprise representative at the drop-off location in NJ know about my issues he stated “oh don’t worry we will not be renting this car to anyone, it’s far too damaged. They should have never rented it to you. I’m so sorry for your experience I suggest that you reach out to corporate about this”.

I have to say I’ve never had this much of an issue renting a car. I Uber over to the location only to arrive and be told they have no cars and didn’t have away to get ahold of me even though it’s all on my reservation. After all that they wouldn’t even drive me back to downtown after a $60 Uber each way. Great service for a company I’ve rented from over the last 6 years… the staff was rude and to top it all off there are 4 cars in the parking lot…

I have been renting cars from Enterprise Rent a car from many years. It was a Pleasant experience, Excellent service and zero hassles. Brandon from Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA location gave us the car (really new and clean). Everything was great!

Rented a 15 passenger van from Enterprise on Babcock. The staff was not knowledgeable about my questions about the van. She said "I don't know", or "I couldn't tell you", multiple times. The van itself was exceptionally clean.
