Such a great shopping experience! Kimberly was amazing and helped us find the perfect dress! Even helped with sizing and they were able to do tailoring with a very quick turn around. I was overwhelmed by an amazing selection of ball gowns to more simpler dresses. Fantastic selection for anyone searching for something unique. Thanks for your help with everything!

The place is super small and the dressing room situation is very weird. The lady was super nice at helping me but as I was trying more dresses on I felt I was being rushed because more people were coming in the store. This was my senior prom and I really had my heart set on a yellow dress but unfortunately she only had maybe 5 yellow ones and none in my size (I’m a size large) she then told me their sizing runs small and that i would need and XL which she didn’t have many color options in my size, she has a bunch of colors in size XS-M which didn’t make my situation better. I tried on about 4 dresses and they were beautiful but none I really wanted to buy.

I absolutely love love love the staff. She was so extremely welcoming and she was very sweet. She knew what she was talking about, and she made my dress shopping experience that much better. I don’t think i’ve ever experienced such a good dress shopping experience than I did before this place!!

Really awesome staff. The lady that helped me is really talented and so nice. Helped me pick out the perfect dress and added sleeves. Stayed until close to help me too! They have great formal and casual dresses. Def would recommend stopping by!

I was there earlier today at the mall, and my experience was pretty good. I ended up finding a dress I love, and went to buy it. As I was showing my friend the saleswomen came up to me and told me that we should only try on one more dress to make room for the girls trying on prom dresses, even though I was serious about buying. I took my dress to the front counter and gave it to her to check out. She told me that since I was here without an adult that I had to call my mom, and assumed that I was using my mom’s credit card. I told her I was using my card and she seemed surprised. She then told me that because I wasn’t with an adult I had to call my mom to confirm that she knew I was buying a nearly $300 dress. I understood and called her, but the situation got complicated when she began checking out the people behind me before taking my phone to confirm with my mom I was buying this dress. I wasn’t angry just very annoyed because my supposed fun experience was getting frustrating. Finally she began ringing me up and just as she was about to accept my card, she suggested that I come back with my mom to be 100% sure I want this dress. I don’t have time to come back so I just swiped my card. After all this she told me that she saw me trying on the dress, and said that it looked big on me. She wrote down a number on a business card, telling me and my mom to come back to get it altered. The reason it looked big is because when I took it off the rack it was completely unlaced, and had to hold it up, but it wasn’t actually too big. In short I absolutely love my dress and am happy with my purchase, but I did not have a good experience.

The women here were incredibly sweet and helpful. Sadly we didn’t get a dress here, but they did their best to help us. Very nice selection of dresses!

Had been all over Erie , Grove City, and Pittsburgh areas. Found the best selection here and of the dozens of stores we were at this is the only place that offered to help pick out and find a dress that fit well and complimented her shape. After purchasing the dress she took time to completely steam it and pack it.

I have bought many dresses in the last few years from this store. The customer service is amazing. All of my dresses were perfectly altered. I felt beautiful in every single one I bought from there. Every time I visit the ladies who work there are so nice and welcoming. If you are looking for a dress for any occasion I definitely recommend this place!

AMAZING selection of gorgeous formal dresses. If you can't find your dress here, it does not exist. The woman who worked with us was extremely helpful and friendly. The prom dress ibought my daughter was a bit more than I expected but it is definitely worth the splurge.

My daughter found her dress here at Episode while we were visiting my sister in PA. The moment she put it on she knew with was the one. Everyone loves her dress. She was the only one with that dress here in Augusta, GA.

We got a lovely dress for a semi-formal dance at a decent price. It fit right off the rack so no need for alterations. The service was attentive and helpful. The only strange thing is they don't allow you to take pictures in the store.

It's a really nice store with pretty dresses. I just got my dress for homecoming and the customer service was great but one thing if your a type of person that takes pics with dresses on they don't let you. That's the only down side but everything else is good

I've bought both homecoming dresses and prom dresses here. I think they have a nice selection of beautiful dresses at a good price. The ladies that run the shop have been very helpful, and have been easy to work with. I have been very pleased with this store.
