I inquired online and a very nice young lady called me back today. She answered ALL my questions and was very knowledgeable and professional. She even answered questions before I asked them lol . So I think I'll be using this company if needed.

Friendly and efficient office staff (Ivy Smith rocks!). Clean and orderly facility. Some of the driveways are a bit steep, so check it out if you are storing a manual shift car. Great facility!

The staff here is fantastic. My unit's door was stuck, and the woman at the front desk was incredibly helpful and spent time trying to get it fixed for me. I really appreciate her effort and great customer service!
