Friendly and efficient office staff (Ivy Smith rocks!). Clean and orderly facility. Some of the driveways are a bit steep, so check it out if you are storing a manual shift car. Great facility!

The staff here is fantastic. My unit's door was stuck, and the woman at the front desk was incredibly helpful and spent time trying to get it fixed for me. I really appreciate her effort and great customer service!
