I would give 10 stars if possible. I had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Cecil and Kevin at the 141 N. Braddock ave in Pittsburgh. Kevin and Cecil were so helpful in answering my questions and showing me how to access the unit. The facility is clean and bright. If you need a storage unit I would 100% recommend this facility Ask for Kevin or Cecil and I know you’ll have a great experience. .

Great experience. Customer service has been professional and helpful. I love the convenience and especially appreciate the support provided by Cecil today. The building is accessible whenever I need to get into my unit. It’s been clean and provides me with flexibility for storing possessions without having to keep seasonal or infrequently used stuff at my small apartment. Highly recommend.
