My mom and I had such a wonderful experience with Franchesca, the store manager. She was very thorough in her explanation and answered all of our questions and concerns. My mom got her storage unit and I feel as though we made a friend too. Thank you, Franchesca, for being such an extraordinary person in a world filled with mediocrity. ❤️

I have had my things stored here for 2 months now. I had done a customer questionnaire and praised Francesca, however, I didn't realize it hadn't posted to Google. This girl goes above and beyond and I just love talking to her. She is a fantastic employee and you are very lucky to have her.

Absolutely wonderful experience. We have ended our agreement as we no longer need to store our items. The staff that waited on me was absolutely amazing very sweet. Highly recommend this facility.

Having dropped my chunk for 2 1/2 years and treated it like a mean dog I came back to find everything all my China in perfect condition. The boxes just great condition. I can’t say how happy I am especially when I consider how our weather has been freaky to the absolute highest, but not inside my storage shed. Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience with Extra Space Storage! Upon completing my online reservation, Franchesca (the store manager) personally called to welcome me and go over some information that I needed to know. That was above and beyond! The staff was responsive when I called in and helpful when I had questions. Extra Space Storage is always our first choice when we need to reserve a storage unit!
