These folks are the best! The rental agreement is straightforward and pricing was fair. They let us use their truck to move in which was very handy.! The woman at the front desk is friendly, professional and a super nice person. If we have the need for a storage unit in the future, I would definitely use them. Thanks for everything!

I loved storing my stuff here!
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The grounds are clean and it’s in a convenient location. They also had perks I didn’t even realize before choosing them. Definitely the only place to store your things in the Pittsburgh area.

Absolutely amazing storage place. They let me park my car in the actual storage and see if I had the room for my other stuff. Gave me different storage size options. They have climate control units too! Wow! They have a discount going on so hurry up and store your extra stuff here. Gated security, its just amazing. And they have a truck to use to bring your stuff here. Absolutely love this place. Maintenance even helped me with an issue so 9 million stars review and infinity thumbs up.

Renting a storage unit to park our car inside for a few months was super easy! The staff is friendly, competent, and professional. The paperwork is easy to complete.
The units are clean and the unit we had came with an overhead light, which makes loading and unloading in the evening so much nicer.
The facility is a quiet location making it peaceful and safe to move things in and out.
We would happily use them again!

Huge shout out to ALEX for going way above and beyond to help my son and I get our car trailer unstuck from their driveway. He stopped the maintenance he was preforming and spent 40 minutes with us figuring out and executing a plan to get our trailer out of a precarious position, and did with a smile and super positive attitude. He even gave us cold water bottles to hydrate. I can’t thank Alex enough for his efforts, THANK YOU!!!!!

I feel so much safer renting at EZ Storage compared to other facilities I’ve used in the past. My experience here has far surpassed what I’ve seen anywhere else. Before coming here, I had an issue at a nearby competitor storage place that was handled so poorly it really left me shocked. It was a horrible experience and I will never do business with that company again.
I rent storage units across the country, and I can honestly say EZ Storage stands out above the rest. The level of professionalism, care, and integrity here is truly impressive. The rates are transparent, and the facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Alex and Sanda went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and even stayed after hours to get me signed up. I truly appreciate the excellent service and peace of mind I’ve found here. Highly recommend!
