Only great things to say about F45 in the Strip District. If working out is something you struggle to find the motivation to do, definitely give F45 a try. It completely changed my outlook on working out and for the first time I understand why people enjoy it!I've gone to 3 sessions so far. Chase, Emily, and Jordan (trainers) made it the most welcoming environment which was a huge part of me coming back, since I'm typically timid walking into any gym. On top of all of this, I have never had such a great work out/ have never felt so great after a work out.10/10 recommend.

I love F45 Strip District! I’ve truly enjoyed my experience here since I joined. The coaches are fantastic, friendly, and welcoming. They all take an interest in you, no matter your fitness level. I appreciate when they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I highly recommend this gym!

I cannot say enough positive things about F45 Strip District. First and foremost, this is the only gym I have consistently attended for over a year straight (without taking long breaks). The workouts are challenging but modifiable/doable. The coaches and community are so down to earth and friendly. I’ve never once felt intimidated or put off by the people here. The facilities are always clean and the music is always spot on. Lastly, the owner goes above and beyond to make sure her members are getting what they want out of f45. These 45 minutes are often the highlight of my day! You will not be disappointed.

I've worked out consistently my entire adult life. Joined F45 in August 2020 and took my workouts to a whole new level. Not only is the workout program excellent, they have created a vibrant, welcoming community among the membership. This place is the best!

F45 gave me the opportunity to get back into fitness after a long hiatus from CrossFit (with lots of injuries!). The high-intensity workouts that are efficient, effective and safe - coupled with awesome coaches and members make F45 Strip District second to none! With all of the variety, the classes are addicting, fun, and keep me coming back as often as I can - so thank you!!

I attribute that to the amazing support from the trainers, and positive community Kat has built with F45 Pittsburgh Strip- and of course the workouts ?. Everyone is truly wonderful. Best gym ever and the only workout i’ve ever been able/wanted to do consistently. Every coach is awesome and friendly and really make a difference in your day for those 45 minutes.

I often would go to the gym a little lost not really knowing what to do. My daughter brought me to F45 and all I can say is wow! In 45 minutes you get an insane workout. You don’t even have to think, the whole workout is already set. The technology they use makes it simple and easy to follow. In addition the staff and coaches are amazing and encouraging. Give it a try you will not regret it.

Such a phenomenal workout. The variety is unlike any other group fitness class I’ve taken and I’m hooked. I’ve hated all other HIIT workouts I’ve done. This studio is just what I was looking for.

I’ve never been one to stick to a workout routine. Now I can’t get through a day without coming to a class. This community is the best thing that’s happened to me in 2020.
