Outside of the initial join discount, I have had nothing but disappointment with Fabletics. Their selection is poor in terms of getting the style in the color and size you need. You don’t always get the size you order. Their customer service is responsive but high pressure to continue a membership you want to cancel. And the skip a month option is only active for 5 days! Seriously Fabletics-only 5 days!! Considering the $69 monthly membership price tag, you should be able to skip a month ANY time. I would not recommend Fabletics memberships!

I went to the Ross Park Mall location to return an online purchase. It was so fast and the staff was helpful. I exchanged a large jogger for a medium jogger in seconds. I didn't have to present anything. The associate scanned the QR on the the package. Then went right to the joggers and bagged them for me. My credit for the other item went back onto my account.

Very small and poor retail help from staff. If you received something as a gift, tags on and everything, but don't have their email for the receipt, might as well throw it in the trash. They will not help you.

I love these clothes, just wish you didn't have activate your vip to get the discounts. It should see i am a member, but this year, I can't activate my member ship. ( some hardship at work )
Great quality, material is soft and durable in wash..
Ii got body shape from my momma, it hug the bootie nicely.

Manger here is rude over not giving the customer a receipt, just don’t even go in having to provide customer service bothers them …. And they will get annoyed

Over priced junk. I canceled my vip membership, but I still had one membership credit and turns out that you can't use the app if you are not a vpi membership. And the 60 dollar credit are a rip off everything seems like it's on sale all the time so you lose money. The whole company is a joke. Save your money and go to under armour.

Clean store, staff was great. I signed up online and had some questions. The person helping me was nice and explained how the whole process works. Walked out of the store very happy.
