I live down the street, I stopped in yesterday to consign some items for the first time, and was excited to engage with a small business in my neighborhood. The employee who I dealt with was so condescending, made the interaction awkward, and was frankly bad at her job. She made me feel like I was bothering her by asking her to look over my items, even though I popped my head in first to ask if it was a good time, before getting the items from my car. No other customers were in the store. This is literally a consignment store, I expect them to conduct consignment transactions politely, regardless if they are interested in the items or not.

Really great stuff. Very friendly. I was a bit surprised by the items that she didn't take however. I saw equal items on the racks. I may return to shop, but I really couldn't gage her buying requirements.

Overall, a very okay experience. Clothing is targeted for a more middle aged than a younger crowd, but that makes sense based on who is working there. It’s a $25 consignment fee for the year which was not listed online. As of 2023 it is a 65/45 split. They send you checks in the mail monthly and charge you a printing and stamp fee, which I think is tacky. Both times I went in to drop off and pick up I was ignored when I came in. I feel badly because I wanted to support a local small business but it just didn’t work out.

Do not give your merchandise to this store. They will lose it and never get back to you.

I found a great dress here for $5 and have bought numerous other wonderful pieces, including a great piece of jewelry! Take your time, go, and you'll love the variety of clothing, jewelry, and shoes!

I went to this shop in search of jewelry. There was one customer being waited on. No one said hello when i entered which normally happens in boutiques. No one asked if they could help me. I felt invisible and that my business and presence was not desired. I will never go there again.

I love this place! They have incredible vintage pieces at a fraction of the cost. They also carry discontinued items. Phenomenal service, and you can’t beat the pricing system they have for consignment. If you like high-end fashion, I definitely recommend this place.

They have a sizeable selection of women's clothing, shoes, bags, and jewellery. They seem to carry a variety of sizes and there were multiple changing rooms. I felt it was a very good deal for what I bought. Would recommend to women 20s plus and I hope to make my way back there as I live in the neighborhood. It's really easy to park nearby, by the way.

I really like the merchandise in this boutique, however as the previous reviewer noted - the customer service could definitely use some work. When I first walked into the store, the owner was chatting with a regular about her experience having Covid and joking about how she was hopeful she'd lose weight when she was sick with the virus. I get that it was a joke and I'm sure it was unconsciously done, but you should ALWAYS check your biases when operating a business. (Note: I do not think these types of statements are ever acceptable, but also understand that fat-phobia is deeply ingrained in our culture and that these views are still considered socially acceptable by many in 2020.) I'm a body positive advocate and fat and am offended when straight-sized white women joke about losing weight from a virus and disease that has sickened and killed thousands of people with diabetes and heart conditions - many of whom are also fat. I'm still giving this small business 3 stars because I'm certain the ignorance and cruelty was not purposeful, but it definitely left me feeling self-conscious, hurt, and negatively affected what was supposed to be a fun shopping experience. As I walked around this very small store (the only customer in the store at this point), I was completely ignored by both the owner and employee for about 10 minutes. This could have very well been a tactic to allow me to browse but, after the fat-phobic joke, it just made me think they didn't want a larger person like me in the store. I finally walked up to the counter to look inside the glass case (right in front of the employee), and the silence was deafening so I just said "Hi, how are you?". The employee said she was doing well and to let her know if I needed help with anything. She was very polite. After that, the experience became relatively normal. I purchased about $100 of merchandise (the merch is good!) and, as I was leaving, the owner thanked me for coming in. That was my experience. I can't say I didn't breath a small sigh of relief upon leaving. That's probably not something an owner ever wants to hear, but I feel this is a story that needs to be told. If it wasn't for the off-color statement and lack of helpfulness, this store would be receiving a 5 star review from me. Regardless, I encourage others to shop the store - hopefully you will have a better experience!

Love this place. Upscale consignment with prices dropping 25 percent after a month and 50 percent after 2 months. Designer clothes, shoes and purses.
