Used the 5th St FedEx today- store was closing in 10 mins but still got great service. My document was a challenge to copy because of funky formatting but the young man who waited on me was patient and worked with my document to get me the high quality copies I needed.

This place doesn't exist. There's a FedEx shipping center nearby that's wonderful. This location appears to be a glitch in the system.

FedEx will not deliver your packages to a safe location, such as in front of your door, under a covered porch. They prefer to take one step out of their truck and leave it on the street.

I've used this location's printing services a couple times now, and every time I've left with no complaints - plus with a beautiful printed poster ready to go for upcoming events. As someone with no real arts and crafts skills to speak of, it's nice to have somewhere to go to simply order the thing I want to have...but can't make on my own. Whenever I've needed something, the print job I've asked for has been fairly reasonable and affordable. Pick-up and delivery are both available (which helps with the affordability!). The staff manning the front have always been polite and helpful; and the place itself is clean and well-organized. Win-win-win. Obviously this won't be my most in-depth review ever, but I think my simple summary speaks to the great management and streamlined services being offered here. FedEx is definitely worth keeping in mind should you find yourself in need of anything shipping or print-related.
