I hadn't been here in about 8 years due to a change of jobs. I came in and was super pleased to see Delton, who was there a decade ago. He still gives quality work with a smile on his face. James, the manager, is equally amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience coming back to this shop and look forward to coming back again to get more documents and signage made!

Delton is awesome! He is very helpful and such a fun person to talk to. My friends were in town and he helped print a poster in such a short notice. He offered additional help if we needed anything before they closed for the day. Thank you, Delton! It was a pleasure getting to know you, you brightened our day.

The girl working in here is by far one of the most miserable people I have ever been around. Couldn’t even be bothered to come help me, just yelled from the back room and then seemed angry when she had to come box my product. Then proceeded to be rude the entire process. I deal with a lot of shipping services for my job and if you have a choice, avoid this location.

Delton, the guy always working the front counter, is always so friendly and helpful. I’m always in and out of this store in under 2 minutes. Guy has a cool haircut, too.

Our customer service experience was exceptional! Ms. Tay & Mr. Delton deserve a promotion. They each get 5 ✩ ✩ ✩ ✩ ✩They helped us expeditiously, as the Westin Hotel front desk referred to use their Fax machine. Upon entering the FedEx, he greeted with a warm island welcome, as if we were on a Jamaican cruise. Ms. Tay was very kind, professional in guiding how to use the printer. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond the call of duty for excellent customer service.Mr. Delton made it a joyful environment for customers with his exuberance. I also appreciated him still adhering to strict public safety measures, by wearing his masks.Overall, this location is wonderful. A big THANK YOU to them both!Sincerely,Highly satisfied customers

The lady working here was very snarky and had a poor attitude with me. She was practically breathing down my neck and I did not feel comfortable there while I was looking to get packaging tape. I didn't ask for her help but she pressed on and on asking me if I needed help.

I have been to FedEx Office locations all over the country and have come to expect a high level of service, but I have to say, the services provided by Delton & Taya (Pittsburgh store#2064) were beyond exceptional. They were so friendly, competent, helpful and solution-oriented and truly went the extra mile. They provided the kind of service that makes me never want to use anyone else. This was hands down my best experience with FedEx Office.
