I used their service to ship luggage across the country. I had a horrible experience. The office manager lady in the morning shift and the man in the evening shift in April were so disinterested in the service altogether and very unhelpful. From bringing in the luggage to printing the labels, and then she printed the wrong labels and sent it to wrong locations. While I was standing there to make sure the labels were right, she ensured me everything was alright and sent them inside.
Then when the bags were sent to the wrong location I went back to the office and no assistance was there on their behalf inspite of it being their mistake. They made me run back and forth giving me different vague answers but never giving me the credit amount or assisting in the claims.

I just spent $103 in this particular store printing out copies 453 to be exact and they couldn’t even give me a sleeve to stick the papers in. He tried to charge me two dollars. Any other FedEx I’ve ever been in they just give it to me and thank me for my business absolutely crap

I sent a package internationally. They provided no help. Did not explain any of the procedures or the steps I need to take shipping. Completely un helpful when I reached out. They talked me into spending more money on a faster delivery but this is not the way it works. They have no control of this. They are terrible and imposible to contact. I would suggest using the post office or ups.

Amazing service from the employees. I had other issues in regards to missing packages to my home. The supervisor/manager Theresa (I think was her name ) went Above and beyond. She treated me like a human being while demonstrating compassion and empathy
Theresa explained the delivery process and guided me in the right direction to file a complaint/claim
My day was totally made after such a pleasant experience.

For both personal and professional purposes I have been using this FedEx office for several years and they have been an asset and a pleasure. Everything from promotional materials for a small business to odds and ends for personal projects and even odd shipping situations.. the results, and of course the staff, have been wonderful.
