Literally just watched someone turned away from shipping through FedEx because they didn’t have proof of citizenship on them. The associate said it is against FedEx policy to ship things out for people who don’t have a valid passport or form of ID that denotes citizenship status. This is BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE, especially in our community. Truly deplorable.

Every experience here is painful. The entire staff refuses to help. I have never been able to send out a dongle package without them arguing with me for at least 5 min straight before they’re willing toto actually help. Apparently Fedex is around simply to take up time and annoy people, because they sure as hell don’t care about sending packages out, because they refuse to do it unless they’re literally forced to. Can’t rate lowly enough. Every member of their team seems hellbent on processing as few packages as possible.

Incredibly rude staff who spend more time standing around doing nothing than helping clients. Also makes the process of sending a simple package out so unnecessarily difficult. Every single individual here should be fired. I will never use FedEx ever again.

I was in the store today and was working with Angela...the Assistant Manager...She was super helpful and knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure that I had everything that I needed! Great customer service!

I stopped in today to have 3 copies made on a bright paper that which I didn't have at home. I was shocked to discover that they now have a $2.50 upcharge for them to make any copies for you - and even though I was only getting three copies it cost me over $3.87. This is ridiculous and I will not be patronizing this business again.

I haven't been to the store in a few years. I don't recall anybody being rude. But God forbid you get there 10 minutes before they close. I got there at 6:53 this evening dude at the front with the long hair with total a******! First thing he says to me when I walk in the door is we close in 5 minutes. I said okay I just want to print a label. Never said anything about shipping it from there. I get a return attitude telling me we don't ship and loose shoe boxes. I could go on about what an a****** he was. But that's just too much energy wasted. I just thought customers should know what they're walking into. If you weren't already in a bad mood. His attitude is enough to ruin your day!

One word: RAY.
It was a really positive experience with quality customer service. Ray was extremely helpful, patient, and super friendly. It was a fantastic experience. If you find yourself at this FedEx, Ray is your man. This is what customer service is all about. I was genuinely impressed and pleased with the level of attention and care he took to help me. Good customer service is a dime a dozen, great customer here and there, exceptional customer service - rare. This was one of those rare experiences in customer service

I am in this location multiple times a week. The guys who work here are fantastic and always happy to help. I overhear a lot of conversation and they all so patient with the customers. Nathan is always great to work with!

Went in because I had shoes I needed to return and had the shipping label in hand, but needed either a bag or box. Went in and felt like I should apologize because the guy made it clear I was a HUGE inconvenience to him. Didn't lift a finger. Simply said I would have to buy a box for $13. Never, EVER going back there. Pathetic.
