Miserable unhelpful employees

Crazy how they refused to ship my boxes just because it is labeled as a moving box. The box is more heavy duty than their own and outright refused even when I had labels for the correct dimension and weight. A Fedex next door allowed it.

Horrible store just wants to make excuses to repack everything I shipped and force me to pay for their so-called “safe fedex”packages. I tried other stores and the FedEx at Forbes, the packages are just fine and eventually got shipped without any extra. I would give 0 or -5 star if possible, like Nico S said, don’t get scammed.

They told me my boxes are not safe and force me to buy their boxes which is $23 each. Even I would take the risk, they still force me to pay.

Wouldn’t ship my package without forcing me to pay them to repack it because it’s content “moved”. I packed it well and it’s less than 2 pounds of tea. What in the hell?
Didn’t argue, just left. Don’t get scammed here. USPS is right behind Target.

Store manager Paul assisted me with a business printing order after an error on the FedEx corporate website. He helped me get my project done on time for a presentation and I really appreciated him going the extra mile to meet that deadline!

Patrick has helped me multiple times now at the Centre Ave. location and has always been such a pleasure to work with! I appreciate the kind and thoughtful service and hope that FedEx recognizes it as well.

Paul is racist and shows microagression to people of color. I left feeling dismayed and upset. I was patiently waiting waiting in line to be serviced Paul walked over and asked me do I have a label for my package I proceeded to tell him no he then told me unfortunately I cannot help you right now because I don’t have the capability to work with labels that do not have packages I replied OK no problem 30 seconds later a man walks in Paul greets the man and says welcome, sir. I can help you no questions ask I sat in line watching Paul help a man that did not have a label when less than a minute ago Paul told me he cannot help me because I do not have a label. Paul helped me after the customer that came in AFTER me. What made you want to help him first Paul? His race ? His gender? Did you feel as if I was below him so he deserved to go first . Did you view me as a second hand citizen. The only difference between me and the customer that walked in was a race and our gender, so I am only left to believe that Paul helped him because of his race and his gender. This is an example of micro aggression Paul I hope you see this because if you do this often, I do want you to know that this behavior is unacceptable and I will be calling corporate to let them know how I felt less than in this FedEx office today . I will never print or ship anything from fed ex again until someone apologizes . USPS, DHL and UPs are other options, I did not have to give my business to FedEx today .

Absolutely overcharges you! Wanted to put a laptop in a 17x17x7 box at $20 vs a 16 by 16 by 16 box for $13.49 if packed correctly the larger are box would provide more protection not less. Refused to ship unless I paid for a bigger box. What a waste! Go to a different service.

The workers are too involved with jobs behind the counter to assist walk-in customers. The print & copy quality from machine to machine differs giving bad quality but you still have to pay.

Patrick was great! I was in and out, he even reprinted my label as I emailed it to the store email when I was there. Very generous customer support when I go in! Thank you so much Fed Ex!

I hate the new set up now. They have changed it so you go in, print your own label, and put the box in rather smallish drop box. Which is fine, except for if you don't have a barcode or QR code that generates a label your stuck. And now the employees offer very little assistance cause it's DIY basically. You used to be able to go in there with an address and they would help you get your package whee it needed to go. Now it's no label, no.service.
UPDATE: I've been back twice for returns. Both of the guys were nice and printed my -$#+* % level which means it was just the one woman who was completely unhelpful. I think her name is Leslie so don't ask Leslie for a darn thing b/c she will not help you. I'd prob change my review to 3/4 stars

4 stars because the printing via wifi was suppperrr duper slow. It took forever!!
Thankfully, Seraiah helped me by having me email my document to her and she printed it herself. I really appreciated that. Keep doing good! Great customer service.
