The parking here is atrocious. The attitude of the staff even worse.
I happily drive another 5-10 mins down to the Center Ave location just to not have to deal with it.

I have used this site quite a few times. No one has been anything but polite and helpful. I’ve never had a problem with delivery. There is nothing that I can say but the staff are really professional and friendly.

Shipping time was misrepresented. Sales person said it would arrive ON a certain date when selling FedEx Ground services (not a guarantee and you can't even file a claim until 7 business days late). Would have chosen differently with accurate information. Now in FedEx customer service hell.

The staff at this place are incredibly nasty. Go to literally any other shipping place, they’re combative and rude.
I’ve actually never encountered such insane and aggressive behavior from a retail employee before, they need to retrain all their staff.

I just had a terrible experience with FedEx. I mailed a package Nov. 3 from Squirrel Hill to Chicago. Eventually, I asked the recipient if she received it. She hadn't, but by then, I no longer had the tracking number. I went to the Squirrel Hill office and they were able to tell me that it had been damaged and was in Zelienople and to call customer service (the 800 number) and they gave me the tracking number. Calling customer service was horrible. They didn't speak English well, talked over me and were clearly reading off a script and didn't care what happened. They bottom line, they told me, was to file a claim online. So I went to the FedEx website and tried to file a claim. Well, it seems my only recourse was to cite a dollar amount and provide proof that the item was worth that amount. If I was able to do that, they would send me a check. Well, the items I had sent were handmade art and a framed print that was given to me as a gift -- they have no dollar amount. But...I would have liked to have had them back, even if damaged. After poking around online I came across a phone number for the Zelienople office. That number turned out to the HR office, but the recording sent me to a different number. There, the woman who answered the phone informed me that ... my package was damaged and had been destroyed/thrown out on Nov. 8! So now I get no reimbursement for FedEx damaging my package (which they had packed) and no goods returned, even if damaged! I am steaming at the moment.

Gary the store manager was very rude and pressured me into needlessly purchasing FedEx packing materials instead of sending an item in the materials I arrived with. It has been almost 10 days since I filed a complaint and reimbursement request, and FedEx (corporate) has not followed up on my case. Sometimes FedEx is the only option for something, but when it isn’t, they won’t be getting my business. Especially this location.

The way they charge for computer time is simply theft.
You have to commit at the beginning to how many dollars as a flat rate you’re paying for And the money is charged to your card. You don’t know at that point how much printing you’re doing and how much it will cost. If you go over the allotted amount, it stops working . and you have to commit to another ten fifteen twenty dollars . and you forfeited the amount of money from the first time around. The only alternative is to overestimate how much you’re going to pay, but then you will not get the extra money back. This has happened to me several times .
The only positive is that their per page costs are significantly lower than Staples.

I understand why it has such a low rating. What a rude and rude staff. A man with a white beard helped me out. I wanted to send a package back to Samsung, Samsung sends you the label so you don't pay anything and at this FedEx store they wanted to charge me for putting more filling in the box, when at the Center Ave FedEx I sent the same package and I had no problem .
